The views from this hotel are simply spectacular. Free transport to any area on the island is available, but you are walking distance to all of the shops and cafes/restaurants. Facilities are second to none and the staff were faultless. If I were going to Hamilton Island again I would stay there.

Amazing sea view room, shame there's no sun lounger on balcony, breakfast buffet was very good with multiple options for everyone. Snorkelling included in price i front of the hotel was great, turtles, stingrays & colourful fish

Nice hotel! We only regret that we couldn’ t get a golf buggy! They were fully booked! It would have been better that the hotel could deliver jump on jump off buggies! Now everybody get its owen, and they are not used most of the day…

Everyone stresses that you need to keep your doors shut because of the cheeky cockatoos, but no one mentioned to be careful leaving clothing on the balcony. A cockatoo too a bikini top from the drying rack and dropped it on the roof of the restaurant below. Luckily it was able to be retrieved. This should also be mentioned upon check-in as a lot of people were reporting lost clothing and the staff then said, oh yes, they are very cheeky.

Big, spacious room with large balcony....top floors (on 17) offer anazing views out over the Coral Sea. Late departure guests have use of a 'departure lounge' after check- out, featuring lockers and showers for use throughout the day. Very convenient. Shuttle to/from ferry included.

This was a mostly nice stay. A beautiful double room with clean and large bathroom as well as decent but obstructed views of the reef, which was unexpected. We did think the food was fairly average in the Pool Terrace. At times the service from staff was quite average - they werent terribly flexible or accommodating and none of them were particularly friendly. The pool was gorgeous and warm though, definitely warmest of all the pools. This hotel is close to everything, with frequent buses to the Marina.

We had a family room which was the perfect set up for us. Amazing beach views and everything very easy to access. The only downside was that the cockatoos got in our room and made an absolute mess and ate our food. Although the hotel tells you to not leave the door open I don’t think they stress enough just how bad they are and that they can pick the screen door latch.

Stayed for 4 nights and even though our a/c wasn’t working when we arrived we were definitely compensated well and truly, definitely great customer service considering the situation otherwise our place was clean and buffet breakfast was excellent

Overall the hotel was lovely, our cleaning staff were amazing, know they were extremely busy. The hotel was great, nice bar and pool areas. We didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant. My only disappointment was the balcony, we had a great view but it was so dirty, i realise the birds are an issue but would have been nice if it was cleaned before we checked in, but during our stay it just got dirtier, it was covered in bird droppings. We cleaned to railing sobwe could lean on it and touch it.

The rooms were very unclean, and the beds were very uncomfortable! For the price of this hotel I would have expected a much higher level of attention to detail for cleanliness and comfort in bedding. We could feel the springs in the mattress.... and there was visible spill marks, dirt and dust all over the room. Would not recommend for future stays, which is sad because the Island is stunning!

The rooms were very unclean, and the beds were very uncomfortable! For the price of this hotel I would have expected a much higher level of attention to detail for cleanliness and comfort in bedding. We could feel the springs in the mattress.... and there was visible spill marks, dirt and dust all over the room. Would not recommend for future stays, which is sad because the Island is stunning!

We stayed at the Reef View and our room was good and the view was absolutely amazing. Room 1115. Weather was great and we are Definately coming back
