The early arrival was at 7am,The receptionist kindly arranged a room for us to rest. The room over a thousand feet was first-rate and incomparable. The receptionist told me all the details and would definitely come back again. Thank you so much!

We got upgraded to 2-bedroom apartment which was really spacious and nice. The hotel itself is stylish and recently newly furnished I guess. The staff are nice but my friend told me one of the female staff at the check-in counter was a bit rude tho, I was not there so I did not know.

A short walk to central Surfers Paradise. Plenty of street parking for our visitors and free parking for guests. Clean, well presented, nice staff, excellent price. Photos represented apartment well. There was a construction site nearby which did not trouble us with noise. The lobby looks like it used yo have a bar and dining but doesnt seem to be operating at the moment. Lifts were all operational and quick. Little balcony was great and could see the ocean. For the price, excellent value.

We were disappointed with the cleanliness. The wardrobe had not been cleaned out as the previous tenant had left false fingernail and hair slide in cupboard. Also the couch was not clean, when we removed rubbish bag from bin under kitchen sink it was filthy and smelly. Also the shower grate was blocked with years of matted hair which my husband to remove to allow the water to drain. Having said this it was a great location with a very friendly and helpful receptionist. We would stay again but would like to think the cleaning could be improved.

Stayed for 3 nights to visit the Gold Coast and Mount Tamborine for wine tasting. Quiet and safe place near the sea. Walking distance to the coast and amenities.went whale watching. An excellent place and highly recommended. Got a complimentary red wine and an upgraded room during my stay Good view from the balcony

n staff, the microwave in our apartment started at random times throughout the night and when we told reception they said they had had this issue before but couldn't resolve it. Coffee shop and bar both closed with no tenants in place

Very spacious and well appointed room. Everything worked, nice hot shower, walking distance to Cavill Avenue and many restaurants around the area. Close to supermarket too.

Our apartment had very nice ocean view. Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. It is walking distance to central surfs paradise. But the condition of the rooms was not great. Many dirty marks on the walls and we also found a hole on the wall in one of the bedrooms. Rooms are not cleaned properly. We found rubbish and dirty towel left by previous guests.

Great location, spacious apartment, convenient, easy check out

Worst CLLIX apartment I have stayed at. Others are good but this one was disappointing The bathroom has moulds you don't even want to stand on the tiles. I told the reception and all I was told was they're gonna send a cleaner which never came. I was told that the mould will always be there as if it's normal to have moulds. I was told All rooms have moulds so no point in moving me around One night I was also given a wrong key which didn't work on the lifts and my room. Late night security has to come and issue a new key Bad experience

Lovely clean accommodation close to tram stop, beaches, shops and restaurants. The only negative is waiting for a lift around the busy checkout time. After waiting 25 minutes the only way out was taking the lift up and then going to ground level. Only two of the three lifts were operating at the time.

Great location only a 5 minute walk to the beach and Cavill avenue area. Also, the views of the ocean and river from the apartment were great. The apartment was also spacious.

The room cleaning should be improved.and the floor

Location was great. Room was clean. Shower and sink in ensuite in room 1704 would not drain properly. Two minute shower only or bathroom would flood. Singles beds are not suitable for an adult they are about 80 cm wide.

Great apartment. Highly recommended.

The property was fairly nice, but the aircon kept making a very loud buzzing noise and wasn’t working that much, the shower drain would also fill up and would limit shower time, and there where scratches, marks and defects in a lot of the walls.

Great stay in our apartment, everything of very good quality with a view of the main beach. Convenient location with surfers paradise a 10 minute walk away. Parking was a great addition to our stay. Definitely recommend.

This was my fourth stay at the Ruby. The room was not as decribed in the images. The kitchen was poorly equipped and the front door required maintainance to open close safely. It's a good locatiom and walkable to Surfers Paradise centre. My daughter likes the pool. The other facilities are unexceptional
