Atendimento muito bom, instalações e localização excelentes. O serviço de café da manhã é incrível, mas com características mais regionais. Senti falta de secador de cabelo disponível no quarto. No geral, recomendo.

Room was amazing, very comfortable and the view was incredible. Only a few minor cons. The laundry service is very expensive, the building is on centralized air and in winter won’t allow you to go below 23*C so the room got quite warm, and the bellhops did not offer any help with the luggage on check in (only appearing after a suitcase got caught in the revolving door and I had to press the emergency stop).

The hotel building form the outside takes you to the memories of the soviet time but once you get inside you can feel the warmth and elegance of a nice 5 star hotel
The staff is friendly and helpful
My room and all the floor I guess it was recently refurbished was new, elegant, clean and comfortable
The only negative aspect it was the hanger for the clothes and the lack of a closet
Price very low for the quality of this hotel
I will come back again

酒店位置非常好，就在市中心，出酒店门左转就是步行街，右转就是地铁站，坐地铁直接就能到机场。索菲亚的著名景点都在离酒店不远的步行范围内，周围好多饭店。房间舒适，早餐丰盛，工作人员态度都不错，就是前台的几位冷冰冰的。可以说索菲亚最好的酒店啦。WI-FI老掉线，而且网速很慢。

由於航班關係，抵達旅館時間較晚。到達時已經下午九時半，辦理入住手續流程尚算順暢，很快拿到房間。踏進二樓其中一邊走廊，撲鼻而來的是霉味，令人十分反感。打開房門，房間燈光不足，很暗。我共訂了兩間房間，一間沒有冷氣，另一間只有兩盞燈，非吸煙房間卻充滿煙味。我們嘗試到前台反映情況並要求更換房間，但酒店只有一間房間可以更換，且更換過程令人惱怒：當我拿着前台所給的鎖咭到房間時，發現並不能開門，返回前台詢問，該職員才笑笑口的告知，他把房間弄錯了！態度就像跟你玩遊戲般快樂，試想想，如果我開門後才發現房內有人，是多糟的？
至於另一間房間，全間房間只有兩盞燈，廁所燈還是壞的！沒有房間換只好先住一晚，但那一夜真是前所未有的糟糕，冷氣聲音如雷，房間陰暗，充滿煙味，motel不如。第二天走到前台堅持換房，後面的三天才能安睡。
總結而言，該酒店除了地點，外觀外，真的和我認知的五星級酒店有很大的距離。建議大家不要入住二樓，實在太恐怖了。
另外，該酒店的house keeping很勤力，早上8時便會搞門兩下，直接開門入房打掃。要不是下了防盜鏈就更尷尬了。

Viele Leute am Frühstück. Man steht an zu der rush hour.

Hatten aber noch einen dayroom der dann nicht wirklich gut war für die 80€.
Die 6 Lufbänder im Fitnes braucht es nicht wirklich. Mal mit dem Staubwedel durch hier wäre gut.
Kleinere Reparaturen ausführen im Restaurant so dass man nicht die Abdeckung der Armlehne abziehen kann.
Spa hats keinen für die 5 Sterne…

Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, aber einige Interiorelemente handwerklich nicht sauber verarbeitet. Türen schließen schlecht, Sicherungskasten unsauber eingebaut, Farbtropfen Auf dem Fußboden.
