Very chic little boutique like hotel. Clean , modern. Only concern was that the windows must be older or not sealed well so street noise is an issue . But other than that we had a great experience.

The EXchange Hotel in Vancouver is one of my top favorite hotels. The history of the former stock exchange building too the restoration to the present hotel is interesting and unique. Centrally located to all that Vancouver has to offer. Amazing staff, beautiful rooms and most importantly very comfortable beds. We had breakfast at the restaurant Hydra. The food was delicious, coffee was great and we looked forward to having breakfast each day. The level of service was superior to any hotel that we previously stayed at. We did not have time to use many of the amenities since we had a short stay before cruising from Vancouver. Will definitely come back to the EXchange Hotel when we visit Vancouver.

From the moment we arrived, the greeting from the staff in the lobby - to helping us get settled in, everything was top notch. Impeccable hotel, right in the heart of downtown Vancouver, we took advantage and walked all over multiple times during our stay.
The room was perfect - clean, quiet and the housekeeping staff always available for that extra towel or two.
Our daily breakfasts were great - dinner at Hydra, probably the best beet salad all three of us ever had.
Again, the entire Exchange team were exceptional. We will be back.

Overall it’s a very nice experience staying in this hotel. The location is very convenient, walking distance to different skytrain stations and even to canada place. Contactless check-in and checkout process are impressive. It would be perfect if the towels and table surfaces are cleaner.

There was nothing wrong at all except nowhere to put clothes. One half hanging rack but two drawers: one had the safe and the other the duna. Bathroom was big but the toilet filled ridiculously high it was to do with the design and not adjustable. Overall it was fine for one night with a nice coffee machine and a good location.

We stayed here one night before boarding a cruise, so the location was perfect. It’s within walking distance from the SkyTrain station, multiple restaurants, and the cruise terminal. Every single staff member we encountered was incredibly nice and helpful. Their customer service is exceptional! The room was very clean and had nice amenities. Although it’s a little on the smaller size, the placement of everything was well thought out. Would definitely stay again!

Easy and quick check in. Room was very comfortable and quiet. I like having a sink area outside of the bathroom. Beds were very comfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Great location. Good breakfast in the hotel's restaurant. This was our second stay here and would definitely return again.

Always a Great Stay
Always a great stay at this hotel. Check-in and check-out are quick and easy, and the front desk staff are consistently friendly. Rooms are well-kept, modern, and clean.
The location is perfect — surrounded by great restaurants and shopping, and just a short walk to the train station. The underground parking spots are a bit tight if you're driving a truck, but there is enough clearance to get in.
Highly recommend!
