謝謝房間升等，房間採光、面寬、大小都很棒，還有浴缸(佈置玫瑰花及蠟燭)。

Overall it’s a very nice experience staying in this hotel. The location is very convenient, walking distance to different skytrain stations and even to canada place. Contactless check-in and checkout process are impressive. It would be perfect if the towels and table surfaces are cleaner.

Staff are polite and room is cosy and comfortable.

Amazing hotel

Comfortable stay, convenient location

This hotel is beautifully maintained. The staff is very professional and helpful. The on site restaurant is excellent. The location is a great for easy cruise ship access , gas town or Canada place waterfront access. My only complaint is the shower head. Because they are Leed compliant which limits the amount of water to b used I couldn’t comfortably wash my hair.

The room was nice and roomy.

Great location for cruise ship connections, helpful staff, beautiful property, convenient to nice attractions and restaurants.

This hotel is very clean along with the rooms. It’s in an excellent location. The lobby is on the second floor, and sometimes the elevator is a little bit confusing. The staff were very pleasant and nice. The restaurant has delicious food. I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel never disappoints. The location can’t get better, the rooms are well appointed and stylish. I would not hesitate to stay at this property again and again.

The staff at the front door were extremely polite and helpful. The room itself was well appointed, minus the strange wall in the room that completely blocked the entirety of the window.

This hotel surprise me so much. It went above and beyond my expectations. My whole Hotel stay which almost was a week was absolutely beautiful. One thing that I loved about this Hotel is when they had turnout down service. They put water with cucumber and lemon right beside the bed and a little tiny picture with a glass. Perfect for right before bed. The people that work here are all so kind and helpful! I had stayed here before and it was good but this time it was amazing. Very grateful for my time there.
