Very chic little boutique like hotel. Clean , modern. Only concern was that the windows must be older or not sealed well so street noise is an issue . But other than that we had a great experience.

The EXchange Hotel in Vancouver is one of my top favorite hotels. The history of the former stock exchange building too the restoration to the present hotel is interesting and unique. Centrally located to all that Vancouver has to offer. Amazing staff, beautiful rooms and most importantly very comfortable beds. We had breakfast at the restaurant Hydra. The food was delicious, coffee was great and we looked forward to having breakfast each day. The level of service was superior to any hotel that we previously stayed at. We did not have time to use many of the amenities since we had a short stay before cruising from Vancouver. Will definitely come back to the EXchange Hotel when we visit Vancouver.

From the moment we arrived, the greeting from the staff in the lobby - to helping us get settled in, everything was top notch. Impeccable hotel, right in the heart of downtown Vancouver, we took advantage and walked all over multiple times during our stay. The room was perfect - clean, quiet and the housekeeping staff always available for that extra towel or two. Our daily breakfasts were great - dinner at Hydra, probably the best beet salad all three of us ever had. Again, the entire Exchange team were exceptional. We will be back. Thank you!

There was nothing wrong at all except nowhere to put clothes. One half hanging rack but two drawers: one had the safe and the other the duna. Bathroom was big but the toilet filled ridiculously high it was to do with the design and not adjustable. Overall it was fine for one night with a nice coffee machine and a good location.

Location excellent. Staff friendly. Unfortunately the so-called engineering team let the property down. The air conditioning is centrally controlled and the premium room we were in was set at 21 degrees with no input from the room controls. When reported 3 times the next day it finally came good at 4pm, only to be reset at 1am back to freezing again. Another round of visits to the front desk and management and assurances it would be fixed. It was for another few hours and then, bingo, the 1am reset back to freezing air. Stay away. There is a lack of care and only frustration to be had at this property….
