Overall it’s a very nice experience staying in this hotel. The location is very convenient, walking distance to different skytrain stations and even to canada place. Contactless check-in and checkout process are impressive. It would be perfect if the towels and table surfaces are cleaner.

This hotel exceeded our expectations and everyone from housekeeping to barhop to doorman to front desk staff were super nice. Never felt so welcomed in a hotel by all the staff before. The soaps and lotions in the room were all L'Occitane and the best I've used in any hotel prior. Plus they smelled excellent. Best of all the hotel location in downtown Vancouver is very convenient. Couple blocks to Waterfront station on the metro that can take you straight to airport. Or a couple blocks walk to Canada Place where you can catch free shuttles to Capilano bridge or Grouse Mountain.
If you're looking for a downtown hotel, this is a no brainer given its fair price and excellent location.

Outstanding staff - possibly the best service experienced ever (every staff member encountered was professional, courteous, extremely helpful and friendly, going beyond standard service with enthusiasm.)
Very well located and food and cocktails high quality.
Only negatives were as follows and they may not matter to everyone:
-No public space for relaxing, other than a small space with subdued lighting adjacent to the reception area which was comfortable and nicely appointed but not really somewhere you'd want to spend any time in.
-The bar is part of the restaurant with no lounge area for people wanting to have a drink in a separately designated space. You can sit at the bar or have a restaurant table but it feels like a restaurant not a space to chill post-dinner or for a nightcap.

I chose this hotel based on great reviews and I wasn’t disappointed. I decided to stay on the dividend floor instead of paying extra for breakfast. This option was probably more expensive than a standard room with breakfast. But service on the dividend floor was great and daily snacks, wine, and breakfast parfaits were perfect. I was a little disappointed that the “lounge” on this floor was a normal room with no windows. But the location and everything else made up for it. I also left many personal items in a drawer in the bedside table and the hotel promptly called me back to say they had them. I wasn’t worried about the hotel holding everything for an extra day. That kind of reassurance comes with an excellent hotel and service.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was exceptionally clean, modern, and comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a busy day. I also really appreciated how helpful and friendly the staff were throughout my stay, they made the experience even better.
The complimentary coffee, milk, and bottled water were such a thoughtful touch and very convenient. It's the little details like these that made me feel welcome and well taken care of. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We LOVED the location near the cruise ship port. We spend an afternoon watching sea planes take off and land and walking along the water. And we had a Fabulous (and pricey) dinner at the restaurant Hydra - as in the Greek island.
