Staff was great; well appointed room (downside is a rain shower head, rather than an adjustable "telephone" shower); beautiful linens; ridiculously close to Waterfront Station.

I booked a last-minute local stay for a one night getaway. The service was amazing. My room was upgraded. I was left in peace. My room was quiet and clean and comfortable. With the staff greeting you at the door, the building is left very secure. I would definitely stay here again.

It was a special occasion, and did not disappoint! Such a lovely upgraded room, perfectly set up with additional arrival gift by the hotel. Great communication prior to and during stay, easy check in/out options, included the breakfast option and was really nice food and staff. Downtown parking is always a nightmare but they do provide underground parking also at an additional cost. The history of the building being the original Vancouver stock exchange is super unique and they have done a great job at the transformation. Definitely will be back.

Overall it’s a very nice experience staying in this hotel. The location is very convenient, walking distance to different skytrain stations and even to canada place. Contactless check-in and checkout process are impressive. It would be perfect if the towels and table surfaces are cleaner.

Staff was very friendly and attentive. Greeted by all staff from front door to cleaning staff daily. Really enjoyed the Dividend floor and turndown service.
