We were very impressed with our stay at the Exchange Hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were lovely and the added touches like the special lighting, ample charging ports and the heated bathroom floor made all the difference. We especially loved the fact that the hotel supports, and has bee hives, and that it recognizes the importance of these wonderful creatures! Such a wonderful surprise from a downtown Vancouver hotel!

Lovely staff, good location. Some nice amenities (ooo… heated bathroom floors), but too much tech. You have to navigate the iPad-type device in room to get anything out understand how to work the temperature. We never could turn down the temperature and were warm all night. Plus, their were word lights that could be seen in the ceiling that was composed of perforated metal plates.

Best and most attentive service I've had since the Park Hyatt Tokyo; the rooms are lovely; the floors in the bathrooms are heated; and it's very close to Harbour Air, the convention centre, Hully, and the Canada Skytrain line. 6 stars.

Perfect Beautiful Boutique Hotel between Waterfront, Canada Place and Holt Renfrew!! Named after Old Stock Exchange in the 1920s. Celebrating New Year here will definitely bring us luck and prosperity!!
