We only stayed 3 nights in Forest park hotel, but we're very happy with the stay.
Staffs are very polite and friendly, yet professional.
Felt very welcomed once you talked to them.
Rooms are very clean, with stuffed small kitchen,
We do have balcony to sit and see the scenery outside.
Overall we're very happy, highly recommend to everyone, hope we can go back again when the renovation is done.

We stayed in a kitchenette room on the main floor of the Alpine Wing. There was construction taking place on the other wing, scheduled to be completed by July 31, 2026, but it did not significantly impact our stay.
The pool and laundry facilities were closed; however, we were able to use the facilities at the sister hotel just across the side street. This was only a minor inconvenience.
The room was comfortable and well-maintained. Since it was a kitchenette, it would have been helpful if the hotel had provided extra trash bags so that food waste could be disposed of more conveniently.
Parking was good, and for winter guests there were A/C power outlets available, as well as an EV charging station.
Although the hotel is located on the edge of Jasper, we did not find the location inconvenient.
Overall, we had a good stay and would consider staying here again.

The room is old and not very clean. The front desk staff is not friendly. Not matching the price. Not a good choice. In the hotel’s website it says pet friendly but you can’t find the pet room option. When you book a two queen beds room they told you that you have to pay extra $30 for changing to a pet friendly room. And a $25 pet clean fee also required. Not very reasonable.

Still under construction which we did know about in advance. Property staff were great but not having an elevator to our floor was ridiculous. They offered to carry up our luggage but it was still a walk up from floor 2 to 3 each time. Insufficient parking was the biggest obstacle. We ended up parking in the staff quarters area and even that was a battle. The shared amenities with the other sister hotels was fine but we did not use them and i am not sure anyone would walk 10 minutes to use a workout facility in Jasper. They offered a rebate from the booking which was appreciated but I will wait to see if that comes through. The check in clerk thought it was already applied which is incorrect. I have a lot of tolerance as they have to open during peak tourist season to generate revenue but this was a mixed bag for us. Super clean hotel as it is practically new.

Alles in allem ok.
Personal ist freundlich. Die Zimmer sind schön (mit Ausnahme von Keksen die nicht von uns waren und noch auf dem Boden lagen).
Die vom Hotel angekündigten Renovierungsarbeiten waren doch größer als gedacht (kein Aufzug, kein Restaurant), dafür gab es einen kleinen Nachlass auf das Zimmer.

The place is being refurbished. Not fire related. It was meant to be complete. It wasn’t. So no pool, spa, gym, restaurant etc. no apology and no refund offered. When challenged they gave 10% discount, which they said was being given as standard to all guests - except me - as I had to apply for it. 10% seems pathetic when you consider all the things you paid for were unavailable.
I’m sure it will be nice when it’s complete. But I wouldn’t trust the management with its underhand tactics.

We checked in and were directed to the furthest room away, right next to construction. There were no offers for help with bags, staff were quite flippant even though we made clear it was our honeymoon. We were awoken by construction noise at 8am, not good at all and wouldn’t recommend returning until building works are complete

Lovely hotel, and incredible renovations. At the time of our stay, we only had access to the pool next-door at a different hotel, which was not too convenient , but I did keep us away from the hot tub after skiing. Hopefully next time we go there it’s up and running. Beautiful hotel.

Our stay was excellent, parking was limited and had to park a neighboring hotel, but due to construction understandable. Price was a little high considering no real amenities due to construction.
But all considered excellent stay!
