Nice place for stay, cozy room with comfortable bed and pillows, nice lotion provided

The room is old and not very clean. The front desk staff is not friendly. Not matching the price. Not a good choice. In the hotel’s website it says pet friendly but you can’t find the pet room option. When you book a two queen beds room they told you that you have to pay extra $30 for changing to a pet friendly room. And a $25 pet clean fee also required. Not very reasonable.

It was a beautiful property. With a view of the mountains from my balcony. The room was so nice. The bed 10/10 I slept so good.

Nice staff and appropriate facilities

I had a discrepancy with the restaurant and management did not hesitate to resolve immediately. Amazing staff and service

After leaving we called and emailed to inquire about a lost and found item, and staff failed to respond or acknowledge any of our communications. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was very poor quality, despite being fairly expensive.

Pictures showed the new property and we were given rooms in the old one. The room was facing the pool and other rooms, so we could never open the curtains or get any sunlight, making the room dark and unpleasant:

Clean and quiet. Parking easy. Staff helpful. We had a hard time finding our room. A staff member escorted us to our room rather than give directions.

The Facilities were good. We had 4 pers in our room but only towels for three ? when we pointed this out their response was "that's company policy" "What" ? "Every room gets 3 sets of towels"

Arrived a bit early and room wasn't ready which was perfectly fine. However the reception staff were far from helpful and not couteous at all. Returned to the hotel at the time given by the reception staff to be told the room was still not ready. No appologies, no offer to do anything to help. Just dull and gloomy reception once again. Unfortunately this establishment itself is very nice but is terribly let down by the staff. Once we did get our room allocated we wheeled our luggage towards our room only to be confronted by a cleaner and his trolley in the middle of the hall right outside our room, no offer to move he just barged past us like we weren't there. The major problem we encountered was the lack of organisation and crowd control in the front entrance and foyer area. On several occasions when attempting to enter or leave we were cut off by a huge number of unorganised people and luggage totally blocking the entrance and foyer and not one of them with any decency to move out of the way to allow access. We had a great room with a balcony that was unfortunately totally useless as the constant stream of tour buses that pull up in the pickup/drop off area at reception would leave the engines idling for extended periods that let exhaust fumes ruin any chance of using the balcony or leave the door open. On our second day both door keys failed so another trip to reception to have the reprogrammed with not even a simple "sorry" offered. Nice hotel let down by the staff!

Room was large, although a little dated and photos portrayed it as more modern than it was. Location was decent a 15/20 minute walk to the centre. Parking was easy and free. We had an adjoining room which was noisy at times. The level of chlorine at the pool was also a bit low, although we did feed this back so it may have improved.

Great location , great staff. Looking forward to coming again after the renovations .

It was great

Very nice hotel, but the food was horrible. Of our 10 days in Vancouver and Alberta, the meal at your dining room was the worst. In addition, the maitre' d was a bit rude when we said we didn't have a reservation, despite many open tables, and the waitress barely spoke to us. The food was borderline uneatable. Breakfast was average. Otherwise, your facility is very nice.

Modern, comfortable and stylish hotel with excellent parking and close walking distance to Jasper shops and ammenities. The onsite restaurant was excellent with lovely friendly staff.
