Basically across the street from the Porter shuttle stop, and a short walk to Union Station, this was a super convenient spot to stay at! The hotel is beautifully decorated, staff are warm and welcoming, and my room was immaculate; no dust, spotless, and I realized why I really liked it: no carpet in the room! As someone with allergies this was a huge bonus. The hot water was fast, great water pressure, and the rainfall showerhead was fantastic. A really great hairdryer supplied in room as well.

Great location! A quick walk to the Scotiabank Arena, and other attractions. Hotel was really nice on the inside, and could tell it was newly renovated. Only downsides were the cleanliness of the bathroom which had some hair in the drain from the previous people, and build up in the corners of the shower. As well as the noise from the hallway really travels into the rooms at night time. However, this is a great hotel for location!

Very centrally located this welcoming hotel is a nice experience. Solid, quality furniture round the aesthetics of this hotel. Beds and pillow selection of four different softness types was a good idea. No complaints. I would return for another stay.

The room was clean and nice but so small that it felt like sleeping in a closet. The entrance door was one foot away from the bed. Even though they had my credit card on file I was asked for a physical card to pay a deposit which was a problem as i only had my phone to pay. Luckily I had my physical debit card to use. Convenient location though :)

This hotel was great for a quick stay. The location right near Union Station, was convenient as we travelled to Toronto by train. The rooms are quite small, but it was fine for our trip, we just used the room to sleep. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The lobby was always busy and had a good vibe. I would stay again.

Amazing location. Very practical rooms for comfortable sleep and ease of Uber/Taxi pick up. Breakfast is made to order and delicious. Would not recommend if you require additional seating, storage, or simple food prep. It’s a sleep and get going affair. Lounge area is bright with plenty of space for reading, scrolling, or work. We enjoyed the lower key nature w/out the fluff of the major hotels near by.

This hotel was great for a quick stay. The location right near Union Station, was convenient as we travelled to Toronto by train.
