This is our favourite stay in Toronto! It is in a great walkable location and we love the decor and simplicity of this hotel. Parking is an added bonus as is the cafe within the hotel. Highly reccomend - have stayed here multiple times and will continue to book.

This hotel is a gem. The staff were all lovely and super helpful; I had some issues checking in (which was totally my fault because I’d left my physical bank card at home some 3000 miles away) but they made sure to sort it out as efficiently as possible.
The room was a good size with good storage space, a fridge and the TV had app access and the ability to cast from your device. I also liked that there were water dispensers on each floor so I could fill up my water bottle whenever I needed to for free.
There were also usb a + c slots in the wall so even though I brought a Canadian plug with me, I didn’t need it :)
The lobby is a nice space to hang out in (there are plug sockets dotted around here also) and the restaurant has some good options for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
I would definitely stay here again!

Quick, good service at check in.
Rooms clean.
Great location to resturants and events - CN tower, Rogers Centre, Aquarium ect
NO parking - wish I knew prior to arrival. Difficult to find a spot.
Poor lighting in the bathroom.

What a beautifully appointed hotel! Lots of room in the lobby to sit, relax, work or chat. Room was clean and had everything we needed (except the pour-over coffee was not the best). We couldn't get the curtains to close though, so it was too bright in our room for sleeping well. Overall, a great spot and central to everything.

Nice hotel. Very nice staff and convenient location.
The room is modern yet a bit dated in style. The bed is nothing special and the bathroom sink is too small.
