Superb location in downtown Toronto. Very clean well appointed room with very comfortable King size bed. Very friendly and courteous front desk staff. Nice cafe located in the Lobby area and Tim Hortons also located right across the street.

The location is really great if you arrive by train. The design is really charming. We found the scent in the lobby to be nice but a bit overwhelming, I would recommend to turn it down just a notch. Overall had a great stay, the only thing that really bugged us was the soundproofing of the rooms. We could hear everything that happened it the room next door, from the movie they watched to everytime they used the bathroom… It was a cheap stay, but for this last reason I would not go back.

Breakfast was delicious, very clean room. Staff was very friendly. We had an EXTREMELY long wait at check in. It was a busy night in the city, so we were patient, but it took forever.

Overall decent stay given price point. First night kept waking as the loud fan/ac kept going on and off. Managed to figure that out for night two. Luckily I’m not a super large person as bathroom was small and there was a wall/pillar impeding access to the shower. This may have only been my room and a handful of others though.
