Location is good, just opposite of Union Station where you take express to Airport is so convenient. Room is not big but ok for 2 adults. It is clean. Strong water flow and stable water temperature is highlight. Bed is ok. There is gym room as well. The disadvantage is missing fridge and the air conditioner is quite noisy.

Staff at check in was prompt and courteous. The location is a short walk to the CN Tower, Tidgers Field, and the Aquarium. The room was small, dark, and depressing. More lighting needed in room and closet. I recommend installing a safe and a luggage stand. Quirky attempt to sell a stuffed animal in the room.

Le hall de l'hôtel est superbe, le personnel aimable. Le gros problème est l'insonorisation en général. Les fenêtres du bâtiment sont vieilles et de piètres qualité ce qui fait que l'on entend les bruits extérieurs comme s'ils les voitures, les sirènes de police etc étaient dans la chambre. Il en va de même pour les portes de chambres dont l'espace sous la porte laisse entrer le bruits du corridor dont les gens qui parlent fort et les portes qui ferment fort. Bref une mise à jour de l'insonorisation serait important...

The location is the very best thing, followed by the fun and social lobby. The rooms are clean, but I find the pillows to be no good and the room went from blasting cold air to terribly humid and stuffy. The staff is fantastic, but their computer systems are so slow and it means long line up and a lot of waiting.

Quaint little boutique hotel. The lobby is charming and full of life and people. The decor is a bit of a retro feel either the theme of an old train station. No view from hotel as it is smack in the middle of the city (not close to water) but a great value hotel. Would come back.

We were only there a short time, however Adrian went above and beyond to help us. Thanks Adrian and he also recommended a place to dine, that we enjoyed.
So close to train station which suited us and rooms were very clean and comfortable.

We have stayed here a number of times now, and will continue to do so when visiting Toronto. The location is great for sightseeing, eating out, and shopping. The staff are friendly, engaging, and knowledgeable without being too intrusive. We would recommend getting the breakfast option with your stay as we found it to be really good value (and really good tasting, too). The only issue we had was the in-room coffee. The manual pour-over system is awkward, messy, and time-consuming and the coffee itself isn’t great (although the coffee in the lounge is quite good!). The rooms are smaller than some, but they are well-appointed, comfortable, and clean: the price point also more than makes up for the coziness!
