The check-in was bad. The staff were dishonest. I checked in at 4pm. First allocated me to a queen room for four (which appeared upgrade) but upon entering the room, it got two problems:1/ strong pipe smell on opening the toilet door 2/ it’s right in front of the elevators. I went down to the reception counter to change of room, I said I don’t want a spacious room, I want to have a quiet room. The staff refused to change the room for me and said they were fully booked, I asked for possibility of changing room after two or three days ( since I stayed for 5 days) the other staff then interrupted and said no chance of swapping room as all fully booked . Then I told them the toilet was smelly, I asked the staff to come up and check and feel the smell. Few minutes later, he knocked my door and agreed the bad smell was present and then immediately take a key from his pocket and showed me a normal queen room few rooms next door! The room was smaller ( it’s alright as it’s the type of room I booked) and the toilet has no pipe smell! Concerning the facility, the sink drained really slow and it’s a bit disgusting when u brush the teeth or washing hands The shower was ok although it’s just separated by a curtain and the area of sink easily get wet and messy. The other things were outdated- The door of the toilet need need effort to close it. If there is a fitness room it will be better as there is minimal facilities. Not many want to play tennis I suppose. Tasty buffet breakfast

Sehr gut zu Fuss erreichbar vom Hauptbahnhof aus. Gleich in der City. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Leider Teepichboden im Zimmer nicht sauber, ferner auch die Bettware. Überzug sauber. Leider nur 1 Stuhl im Zimmer. Kein Sessel. Badewanne vorhanden, keine Dusche. Kein Aussteigen möglich da zu hoch

Clean room, friendly staff and close to train station

Frukosten var toppen, rent o fint på rummet. Hade varit trevligt med några stolar så man inte behövde sitta i sängen. Trevligt bemötande o nära stationen 😊

Almost everything about the stay was perfect. It was clean, the rooms were comfortable, and the location was perfect. However, for both check-in and check-out there was only one person working on the reception desk, which meant that it only took one difficult customer ahead of us to make the waiting times very long. They could do with at least one more member of staff during peak check-in/out times.

We were on a 24 h get away, with dinner and a concert. We were a bit concerned about our room being literally right next to the paddle/tenniscourt, but when we asked for a possible change of rooms, this was denied. We were not offered any possible upgrade, not even for reasonable added cost. Beds were very comfortable, breakfast was good.

Very good area in Copehagen, easy check-in, friendly atmosphere.

Chambre petite, vieille moquette, décoration usés et équipements usés. Bruit des trains jusqu'à tard.

Helt fint hotell med bra beliggenhet, vi hadde et 4-mans rom og sovesofa var ikke den mest behagelig seng å sove på i 2 netter.

Really hot. Well located

Die Lage des Hotls ist super. Fußläufig sind Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Bahn ist auch in 3 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir hatten leider ein Zimmer mit kaputten Waschbecken, was nicht sehr einladend wirkte.

I liked almost everything EXCEPT for the wifi. Sometimes it worked OK, but many times it was really slow or even was unavailable for a time. It's not like I needed it for work, but it was still frustrating.

The staff were lovely and the hotel in general was good but the bed was the most uncomfortable we’ve ever slept on! We were in a family room with the double bed being a sofa bed. It squeaked really loudly with the slightest movement and we could feel every spring.

Småt værelse, utrolig lydt, døren ud til var lukket , men lød som om at den var åben, lige op ad banegården.
