Very comfortable bed, and room was clean. Breakfast was very good. Good variety of options for breakfast including milk alternatives. The shower is not separate from the rest of the bathroom though.

Great for an amazing spot in an expensive city. Breakfast is decent for the price and staff are attentive and the room for the price is great! Only downside is the key system... the keys frequently lose charge even if left in the room, and while the staff persistently blamed us, I can assure them, while I had a good stay, if the key stays in the room, it is not my fault the door/master electricity charge gets lost.

Hotel is fine but very worn. The carpet in the room was sort of hard and sticky. The duvet covers were clean but the actual duvets inside were yellowed and stained. Small rooms. Very hot in the room with lots of train noise outside if you decide to open the windows. Good location for transport links.

Great view of pink buildings from my window. The train is extremely loud going past all time until very late at night. One night - what u presume was a maid - entered my room very early in the morning even though I had do not disturb on. I didn’t get to see them as they ran out when they realised I was in bed. Very odd.

The internet on 6th floor is bad... I could not stream programs from YouSee on my PC If I wanted a late checkout (15.30) you would charge me 200kr pr hour, which is very steep. I brought dinner to my room and borrowed knife and fork - but I could not borrow a plate??? The staff at reception and housekeeping were polite. Overall I had a nice stay. But the above issues were a nuissance. Best Joern Hald
