Great value for the price, with convenient access to the train station and metro. The hotel is a bit worn and could use some TLC. The beds aren’t very comfortable, even in the queen rooms. Be prepared for loud music playing behind the hotel on weekends, which can go on through the night.

Get what you pay for. Good location, quick check-in and out. But very basic room and load of noice from cleaners in the morning shouting etc. Next time I will use imperial or scandic, same area.

I’ve asked for a quiet room when I book on the App, but the room was terribly noisy because of train traffic accross the street. Impossible to change the room though I’ve twice a new room because the hotel was fully booked.

Very nice property. Would stay there again. We are from Canada and found the room hot and adjusting the thermostat did not seem to help. Rain shower head needs adjustment.

Great location for Tivoli, public transport and the city centre. Clean hotel, good breakfast and friendly staff. We had an issue with our room on our last night and they found us another room very quickly. Shame the bar was closed throughout our stay.

Breakfast was tolerable though not much variety. There was no phone in the room and since we did not have a local connection, we were unable to connect to reception in the event of emergency or requests. No storage cupboards.Lavazza coffee was good.

A good and convenient place for staying. Near the main railway station and city centre where many scenic points are within affordable walking distance. Many restaurants are around. Room is spacious and clean enough to the travellers. Staff is helpful and polite.
