It was in a good area in Copenhagen just 5 mins walk to Main Train Station . Vesterport Metro Station is in front of the hotel. Our room was in 6th etage. It has a balcone with a good view. We were satisfied with the hotel.

Great value for the price, with convenient access to the train station and metro. The hotel is a bit worn and could use some TLC. The beds aren’t very comfortable, even in the queen rooms. Be prepared for loud music playing behind the hotel on weekends, which can go on through the night.

Get what you pay for. Good location, quick check-in and out. But very basic room and load of noice from cleaners in the morning shouting etc. Next time I will use imperial or scandic, same area.

I’ve asked for a quiet room when I book on the App, but the room was terribly noisy because of train traffic accross the street.
Impossible to change the room though I’ve twice a new room because the hotel was fully booked.

Very nice property. Would stay there again. We are from Canada and found the room hot and adjusting the thermostat did not seem to help. Rain shower head needs adjustment.

Great location for Tivoli, public transport and the city centre.
Clean hotel, good breakfast and friendly staff. We had an issue with our room on our last night and they found us another room very quickly.
Shame the bar was closed throughout our stay.

Vi boede 4 voksne samme værelse. Det bar kæmpe stort og der var masse af plads. Også kæmpe badeværelse. Udsigt henover Vesterport mod Palads. Der kunne overhovedet ikke høres trafikstøj indenfor.
