Probably the worst shower I have ever experienced at a hotel. Absolutely no water pressure. If you like a nice warm shower avoid this hotel.

Room was good, location was great, quite literally really close distance to Stroget and Nyhavn and essentially everything you want to do. Groceries really close, safe area, great common area. Only problem was the shower. There was not any water pressure and nothing could be done about it. Otherwise was great.

The room had what we needed. It was basic. There was no aircon which meant the room was very hot and stuffy. It was too noisy to keep the window open at night. No English breakfast tea or milk provided in the room. Room was rather dated, could do with a refurb. Bed was very soft and hot. Shower was pretty good but had to get into a high sided bath to shower. Bath was tiny so hardly worth being there. Good soap/body wash etc provided. Safe didn’t work. No drawers or shelves for clothing which meant keeping in case, something I hate. Breakfast facilities were great. All staff were very helpful. Only got bottled water in room on first day of stay. Great location for access to the city centre, sights etc and for travel outside. It was clean and tidy too.

Great for an amazing spot in an expensive city. Breakfast is decent for the price and staff are attentive and the room for the price is great! Only downside is the key system... the keys frequently lose charge even if left in the room, and while the staff persistently blamed us, I can assure them, while I had a good stay, if the key stays in the room, it is not my fault the door/master electricity charge gets lost.

Nice staff and breakfast.

Personnel courtois. Problème d’écoulement dans la salle de bain. L’eau ne s’écoule pas correctement et débordement. Problème de tuyauterie avec le chauffage qui fait du bruit.

Me and my sister with families stayed three nights. Rooms facing the street got a lot of noise from the railway tracks. A lot. Cleaning was not great since they didn’t empty trash cans or replace dirty glasses and coffee mugs. Our company of eight turned out to be nine because of an added cousin so we needed an extra bed in one of our four rooms. It seemed to be a lot of trouble to the staff and costed us €200 plus the €55 for breakfast. Check in was confused. Location was good and breakfast was great.
