The rooms were huge! The staff was super nice and helpful and when we had problem with our room, we were offered a new one without asking. The sauna and steam room are pretty neat, but it would be great if there would be some kind of warm relaxing room within the sauna area. The breakfast was pretty good too! Even though I would love more cheese variation. All in all great hotel would definitely book it again!

The room was very big and clean. Good central location close to the metro and craft market. We loved the rooftop spa with sauna, steam room and pools!

Staff and room was great. My only downside was no refrigerator. I use a lot of ice and had to call down for it. Staff did respond well each time.

Pesquisamos bastante e essa foi nossa melhor opção para sair dos hotéis do centro. Quartos bons cafe da manha e jantar excelentes. Piscinas fantásticas (poNA QUE FECHA UM DIA DA SEMANA) Facil acesso na cidade com uber. Nao deixou nada a desejar

The fitness center, sauna, hot tub, cold plunge and steam room were all really nice and new and clean. Room was super big and comfy. Staff was nice. 100% best hotel ive stayed at in a lont time. And for the price as an american you cannot beat it

Le Falta Entrenar a su personal Septiembre de 2025 Lindo hotel pero le falta entretamiento al personal para ser verdaderamente de 5 estrellas. Durante mi estadía: 1- la housekeeper tocó una vez y en seguida abrió la puerta a las 7:30 AM para decir que quería hacer una inspección. 2- el SPA no tiene personal fijo asi que tuve que esperar 10 minutos para que me den una toalla y una llave para el locker. 3- Al final de la estadía, mientras esperaba a mi familia en un sofa en un lobby trasero, agentes de seguridad me dijeron que debía irme a otro sofa porque esa zona es restringida. Sin embargo, no hay ninguna señal escrita que indique zona restringida. Un poquito de atencion a detalles les convendria para que puedan alcanzar un verdadero 5 estrellas.

Didnt like - no heat

El hotel y el personal son muy amables realmente te hacen sentir en casa la comida del restaurante es buenísima el único detalle es que la zona es un poco transitada por las noches y no hay mucha vida nocturna pero en general es una muy buena opción para hospedarte a muy buen precio con muchas amenidades como el spa el vapor el sauna la piscina y el jacuzzi me encantó

Hotel claims to provide 5 Star amenities even though there was no air conditioning in the room - and not even a ceiling fan to circulate the air. The only option was to open windows, which meant hearing all of the city noise (cars, drunk people at night shouting/singing in the street, and sounds of the city). The room also didn't have a fridge provided, and there was no iron & ironing board present, but we had to specially request these. The shower in our original room wouldn't switch off and almost flooded the bathroom - after switching rooms, the hot water even in our second room would take 5 minutes to heat up before each shower. Rooms were very rundown, clearly in need of an update, and were not cleaned appropriately over several days. Cleaners hoovering at 7.30am waking us up - also lots of banging noise from the ceiling which we could only assume was weights being dropped in the gym above. Staff claims to speak English fluently but there were several misunderstandings which caused us problems throughout our stay (especially with Taxis being arranged for destinations we never said we were going to!). We were not advised at the time of booking that shower caps were mandatory to use the pools AND that the hotel would charge $5 each for them instead of providing them to guests for free as part of the hotel. No other hotel in Quito made this mandatory. There was also a mandatory 10% tip added to every bill without our consent and without us being told!!!

We have stayed here before and we generally find the quality and service to be good. There was a glitch this time, however. We had a 3 night stay. On day 2, we started to smell sewage in the bathroom. It became so bad, we had to switch rooms. Further, the pillows provided were uncomfortable and difficult to sleep on.

We stayed at a superior king suite from June 5-12. The GEM of this 5-star hotel was the STAFF. They were genuinely friendly, never hesitated to help, and were very professional. Transport service from airport was arranged by hotel and was reasonable ($31 one way per shuttle). The facility was very clean and our suite very spacious and comfortable. Hot breakfast was included and provided wide selection. I wished the hotel had AC but fortunately, Quito has "cold" weather this month, so, opening the windows helped (we were on the 5th floor). The hotel is walking distance to the La Mariscal craft market, Plaza Foch, El Ejido park, and Santa Clara market. There is quite a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, and groceries in the area. Taxi to Old town was about $3-4. One strange thing we observed in Quito was after 8 pm, the streets were devoid of people and hotel residents were not encouraged to roam the streets bec of perceived danger. But during the day, the streets were vibrant. My wife and I enjoyed our visit to Quito.

The Staff was very welcoming and eager to help, clarify situations and be sure we were content. The property was kept very clean. The staff also exerted significant efforts to bridge language gaps. The breakfast provided (VIP) was fresh and delicious.
