Amazing, absolutely amazing!! Not sure what else to say but amazing! Not only do you get an extra hour in the park before it opens to the public each morning your staying at the hotel, after the pack closes you have a section of the park available to you via an entrance at the hotel, was a nice stroll with my wife and daughter, absolutely amazing, my only criticism is the prices at the bar, a bit high but I guess you pay for the experience

Our experience was amazing, everything about the stay was perfect. Staff worked so hard all round even when they were always so busy. Especially the restaurant staff. We will definitely return.

Very tired room. Could do with a refurb desperately. Nice view from the room if by he animals. Good dinner and breakfast but very expensive. Staff were pretty helpful but it’s not worth the price you pay. Good that you get 1 hour early access to the park which was 1 of the perks. Daughter likes the arcade too.

We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions and this time it was awful. We were assigned a room that smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. It was so strong that even opening the window did nothing. We had a three and six year-old (our six year-old has had issues with asthma). We asked for an alternative and were told there was nothing they could do but re-clean the room. We were told to wait in the room until the housekeeping team could visit. Half hour later the team arrived and were horrified by the smell of smoke and agreed it could not just be “cleaned”. Again we were told there was nothing much they could do really as the hotel was full. Eventually we were given an alternative room but the fact we had to ask several times and push for this is ridiculous (including phoning head office). Obviously the staff are not responsible for inconsiderate smoking guests but the housekeeping team should have altered them to the issues at cleaning then the situation could have been avoided. Overall, the hotel have to check rooms carefully and clean fully after guests who have been smoking. Guests should be alerted to any issues before sent to rooms and, when asking for alternatives, staff should act swiftly instead of palming guests off.

Firstly I booked accessible room for myself and a normal room for family. On arrival was told no accessible rooms were available. Once in rooms the beds were like concrete bench. The breakfast was disgusting and ended up with melon because they don't have to cook it.We the spent 2 days in the park which the experience was not much better the Vampire was closed and a large number of animals were not there and of course there were extensive queues. Also being in a wheelchair the slopes were difficult to negotiate pulling the chair often where I didn't want to go. Then when back in hotel the restaurant was still awful and extremely expensive for food not edible. Oh and in the park stay away from captains fish and chips it was mush and chips tasteless and disgusting. Over 3 days I only ate 2 bits of garlic bread. All in all never again.

Very good extremely clean and breakfast was great it really was a great stay and we will be going back again very soon

The hotel itself was brilliant, clean rooms with a really comfy bed. Hotel staff were efficient and friendly. Very expensive to eat and drink though. Great access to the zoo and adventure park.

Room was clean and tidy but was a little dated and could use an upgrade. The staff were friendly and the extras like the character meet was excellent.

We had a pleasant stay overall. The staff were very helpful and responded quickly when we experienced an unexpected problem with the bed. They kindly upgraded our room, which we really appreciated. The only disappointment was that the swimming pool was closed for two days during our stay. We chose this hotel mainly because of the pool, so it was unfortunate that we didn't get the chance to enjoy it. It would have been helpful to be informed about the closure before our arrival. Despite this, we appreciate the excellent customer service and thank the staff for making the best of the situation.

Fantastisk utsikt til savannen i dyreparken - kunne se på zebra og giraffer mens vi spiste lunsj/middag. Det var helt fantastisk. Også et fint uteområde med bord man kan sitte rundt, nært savannen, og man kunne bestille take-away fra restauranten ut hit. Anbefaler det over å spise inne i restauranten. I tillegg hadde man mulighet til tidlig adgang til fornøyelsesparken, og man kunne besøke deler av dyreparken på ettermiddagstid. Det var nesten verdt prisen i seg selv. Men selve hotellet har sett sin storhetstid. Rommene er slitne, dårlig trykk i dusjen og bråk fra aircondition. Bassengområdet er IKKE verdt et besøk. Da vi var der var vannlekeområdet ødelagt, og selve bassenget var lite og skitten. For ikke å snakke om de grusomme omkledningsrommene, og dusj som kun hadde glohett vann. Boblebadet var ødelagt, og badstu/steam kun for voksne (på et barnehotell?). Frokosten var ganske stressende, og vi måtte stå i temmelig lang kø for å få bord, selv om vi hadde reservert på forhånd. Maten er typisk kjedehotell i England, men godt med egg, tomater, bønner, toast og yoghurt med bær. Når det gjelder selve fornøyelsesparken var det deler som var veldig bra, men jevnt over slitent og aaaalt for mange folk.

Splash pool - Closed. Main Swimming pool - Closed. Evening Entertainment - None. The staff took a stance of "It's not my fault". Really took the shine off the whole stay.

The hotel was family-friendly, but the room wasn't as clean as expected, with noticeable dust. We paid a lot for a family king room, only to be given a view of a roof overlooking the main car park. Unfortunately, this also meant we could hear music from outside reception until almost 9pm every evening. The bar was extremely expensive – £20 for just four soft drinks. The pillows were very hard, and noisy neighbours woke us at 4am, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Overall, while the hotel was suitable for families, I don't feel it offered good value for the price. If we visited again, we'd choose to stay at an off-site hotel instead.

Was lovely stay, hotel need a bit of repairs and fixing up/updating in areas. Our daughter’s have had a lovely time. All good, thank you

Themed rooms, swimming pool, having breakfast while watching out to an expanse of green grass with zebras, an ostrich and antelope wondering around. Made it a great stay. Perfect for kids. The new paw patrol area in the park is fantastic. Early access for hotel guests into the park. Just back from a super holiday.

The bedroom had excellent air con and was quiet. Free access to a small part of the zoo was a nice surprise. The restaurant staff were great. The only downside was the food, which was very expensive given the mediocre quality.

Clean room, friendly and helpful staff, plenty of parking available

We had a great stay, the rooms were lovely and aircon worked well. View over the Savanha was stunning.
