Not worth for money !

pros: Reception staffs are nice and friendly. Room is large Good air conditioning (hard to find in UK!) Security measure make me feels secure Close to train station cons: Clearer are not clearing rooms after their first approach (around 10:00), even with the clearing light on ( we left at 12:30), three nights in a row. Standard breakfast ( All day breakfast cereal coffee&juice) Incident: At the first day of our arrival, the hotel ran into a problem of drought tap. The hotel said it was a problem about the water supplier, therefore, they can't do much on it. The water need to wait until the third day to be fixed. I do understand that they can't actually do anything on it as it is a supplier issue but as a customer, I must stand on my right. A hotel that cannot supply water for two days is a big issue, plus, they don't take much action on it, only giving out bottled water and a paper of apology. I felt so disappointed on it, if the hotel can't do anything on it, at least they need to issue a refund, as the use of water should be the basic right to stay in a hotel.

I booked a 2 night stay. The first night was extremely terrible and was ruined as I was put in an interconnecting room with strangers. This is unacceptable as there's no soundproofing between the interconnecting doors, so I could hear the next door guest's talking, laughing, TV/ devices, and even rustling of paper. They were not being particularly loud (except the odd blaring of media / laughing) but the noise meant I could not sleep. They left the room around 12am and came back around 3am (which woke me up). I called reception to ask for 1) another room the next day, and 2) help with telling them to quieten down, but she was really unattentive and said that "if they were coming in at 3am in the morning they would be sleeping soon, and the hotel was fully booked so no spare rooms". I explained to her they were still up at 3.30am, so then she sent Security to knock on their door but to no avail. After half an hour, I had to knock on the interconnecting door for them to stop talking and doing whatever they were doing on their device and go to sleep. I felt extremely disappointed with this receptionist's attitude, being put in an interconnecting room, and had the worst night in all my hotel stays. Strangers should not be put in interconnecting rooms - it's disrespectful to guests. The next day, I went down to reception to ask again for another room, and thankfully a different receptionist was helpful and put me in a new room.

Room was nice, clean, and large, but the service was disappointing. The corridors were noisy past midnight and with takeaway food trays in the morning (930am) so floors clearly hadn't been checked. We were also surprised the bar closed at midnight on a Saturday. Staff refused to honor our Expedia "22% off" discount for breakfast but neither reception or dining at the lunch advised us of us and breakfast service made me uncomfortable, I was asked for payment while making tea rather than waiting until I was seated.

Easy check-in and clean room.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect—just a short walk to restaurants and the shopping center. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Disappointed to be told car parking £14.00 and check out with your parking ticket and told will be 14.00 , charged £20.00

Great hotel and good location

Apart from the fact I didn't get an upgrade and discount on my meals, the phone died so I had to walk to reception, tv didn't work very well, this morning I had a water fault in my shower. I'm not sure I will return to this hotel next time

Hotel was fine. Bathroom door on inside was old wood flaking at the bottom - not a good sight. More tea/water stations in the dining area. No fresh fruit available at breakfast. Staff in the restaurant in the evening were very helpful and evening meal was delicious

Hotel was great and accommodating. The breakfast was amazing. Staff member Kevin was so professional, polite, knowledgeable and a credit to this business.

Able to fit 3 in a room, clean, modern, night staff especially lovely letting us back in! Can’t fault

The breakfast had lots of choice .staff very friendly and helpful. Issues with rhe room promptly sorted out. Clean comfortable room . Hotel location very good close to centre of town and well serviced with buses.

Comfort. Would have been a 5 if there was a fridge in the room
