Great hotel overall. The gym changing room and the sauna area was rather dated and didn’t feel as clean as rest of hotel would have expected it to be.. Breakfast great.

Hotel was located in a very convenient location in the city of Southampton. It was also very close to shopping and ideal for my conference. The bed was comfortable, and the black out blind worked well. The check in service was very efficient, although I struggled to understand what the receptionist was trying to ask me a few times as she was speaking very quickly. The only downside for me is that the toilet is a little dated with noticeable mould between the bathroom wall tiles. Otherwise, I had a good quality sleep in the hotel. Breakfast was good with a wide selection to fulfil my diet requirements. The spa was a good addition. The gym was a little crowded when I was using the facility but it had everything I needed. The welcome drink and snack corner was a nice touch too.

Very convenient for Cunard cruise ship. Staff all very courteous and friendly.

Great location and facilities. Conveniently located near a large shopping mall and lots of restaurants. Good place to stay prior to a cruise

It was a very nice hotel. The property was clean, quiet and the employees were very friendly. Juan from the bar was extremely nice, helpful and very personable. He went out of his way to help me, made sure I was comfortable while waiting and check with us regularly!

Love this hotel! Would stay here again for another visit!

Had a great experience. Cab drive from cruise terminal was quick. Was able to get a bus to Heathrow. It’s a pretty town with lots of parks and shopping. Hotel had great food and facilities.

A wonderful Hotel, room immaculate and spacious. Breakfast and staff throughout the hotel excellent.

The location and accommodations were welcoming and overall comfortable.

Few hairs in bath where not rinsed out properly. Room clean, fresh and very comfortable. Enjoyable hitel, staff excellent, unfortunately spoilt by restaurant, thougn sure it was a one off

Lovely hotel, close to the cruise terminal, had checked in prior to arriving, straight to the room, offered taxis pick up the following day which was great. Had evening meal, some confusion with the bill, given a free drink for the following day. Breakfast the following day included, didn’t see any fried eggs, hash browns or black pudding so a little disappointed but did enjoy.
