房間清潔問題比較差，塵厚，水壓好低，沖涼基本上去唔到水 。廁所沖廁嘅時候會有水彈出嚟，就算冚咗廁板都一樣會彈出嚟。

We were very disappointed with the housekeeping of this hotel. After checking in, we found that the sofa bed was not made even though the Receptonist told us the opposite when we checked in. Then we found that the shower was broken so we had to call Reception again to have it repaired. They even forgot to clean the room one day so we had to call Reception again to have it done.

The location is good. However this is an old hotel, most of the lifts are out of service for my entire trip (8 days), and I was even trapped in the lift for few mins. Besides, the housekeeper is impolite and he felt annoyed when my husband requested for the wrong item.

I'v stayed at this hotel multiple times, mainly because of its excellent location. It's just a few minutes' walk from Hammersmith Station, which also serves as a major bus terminal-making it incredibly convenient for getting around London. Whether you're heading into the city of travelling to and from the airport, the transport links here are exceptionally efficient. The area is lively, with plenty of dining options nearby to suit different tastes. The service meets the standard of a typical branded hotel, though I noticed this time that the room felt a bit dated. That said, the overall experience remains positive. This hotel will definitely be my first choice the next time I visit London.

Convenient location. Good staff.

Very hospitable front desk staff. Requests were handled efficiently. Great amount and variety of buffet breakfast that fit the needs of different people including people who prefers a gluten free diet. Fitness Centre is quite spacious, neat and tidy.

Free bottled water. Staff service is speedy and polite.

It was a great location had all sorts of amenities. Could not have asked for a better hotel stay

Air conditioning didn’t work. Reported to reception as we were going out. Came back and was told maintenance had been into to room and aircon was working. Upon returning to room found aircon still not working but had been left a fan. Room floor was very dirty. Won’t be staying again

Hotel is right near the tube. The rooms are small and need a complete update. Rugs are stained and tubs need updating. Beds were ok pillows need to be softer. Woukd not stay again for 4 nights.

Würde auf jeden Fall noch einmal kommen. Tolle Lage, Preislich top, sehr schöne Gegend, fleißiges Personal, tolles Zimmer und leckeres Frühstück

Wifi bad. Tv. Nothing. All channel pixeled. There was a fly in my room. Ac so-so

Excelente estadia! Todos muito prestativo . Não posso deixar de destacar o Frederico, que trabalha no bar… Que educação, paciência em nos esclarecer o que não sabíamos.… Fez toda a diferença para nós.Ate apelidamos ele de Juan.😂

Room was clean and hotel Sufficient enough for what we needed. Breakfast, however, was not worth the money. You are better off going to a near by cafe and having a proper breakfast. Many items in were missing, empty and refilled. We struggled to find something to eat.

Decent location.

The hotel is old. The air con in the room wasn’t very cold. The toilet broke in our room twice. The location of the hotel is good and the price was fair.

Frukosten var inte så bra med skadinaviska mått. Rummet hade hårda sängar men gick att få svalt även under sommarvärme. Bagagehantering efter utcheckning finns, kylskåp och värdeskåp finns.
