The location is good. However this is an old hotel, most of the lifts are out of service for my entire trip (8 days), and I was even trapped in the lift for few mins. Besides, the housekeeper is impolite and he felt annoyed when my husband requested for the wrong item.

I'v stayed at this hotel multiple times, mainly because of its excellent location. It's just a few minutes' walk from Hammersmith Station, which also serves as a major bus terminal-making it incredibly convenient for getting around London. Whether you're heading into the city of travelling to and from the airport, the transport links here are exceptionally efficient. The area is lively, with plenty of dining options nearby to suit different tastes. The service meets the standard of a typical branded hotel, though I noticed this time that the room felt a bit dated. That said, the overall experience remains positive. This hotel will definitely be my first choice the next time I visit London.

Very hospitable front desk staff. Requests were handled efficiently. Great amount and variety of buffet breakfast that fit the needs of different people including people who prefers a gluten free diet. Fitness Centre is quite spacious, neat and tidy.

The hotel was perfectly located for the Hammersmith Odeon,the room was clean but a little tired, the bed was very comfortable,parking was awesome situated underneath the hotel I didn't have any time to use the amenities or have breakfast in the morning. The stand out for me was the staff, everyone I interacted with were delightful and couldn't have been more helpful, I would stay here again purely for the staff wonderfully trained and just the right amount of interaction with me without that feeling of falseness you get elsewhere

The hotel was lovely , reception lady Maria was helpful and gave us an upgrade on our room. Unfortunately the room need some TLC there was a crack in the wall which was very obvious, shower head could have done with descaling . Other than that would definitely stay again as staff was nice , food was really nice

Hotel molto buono

The wardrobe shelf was really dusty so when I took my black t shirt down it was covered in dust. Carpets are stained. Foul smell from sink drain. Hair matted in the carpet Air on not working. Door locks broken Gym is better than average Lively bar

They had cancelled my room without any intimation nd on top of it forfeited my money of that night .my train cancelled thr service probably ,that’s y we could not reach London on 7th but the hotel never compensated it as things were beyond our control

Great location adjacent to Hammersmith Underground station. Close proximity to numerous restaurants. Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room.
