Très bon hotel bien placé, plutôt bien construit pour voyage d'affaires mais pratique pour les familles car très grand.

Ferociously flushing toilet. Water came out of the toilet. Bed and pillows not as firm as would have liked. Good temperature control of room. Carpet stained.

Friendly staff. Clean room. A/C not working, felt like heater was on all the time.

Room was spotless and staff are excellent. Food is great.

Hotel was very big with many rooms and people. The room itself was ok, temperature was good, bed was comfortable. However the carpet was worn, and needing replacement, lots of stains, and cigarette burns. Reception staff in the lower level, were not very pleasant to deal with, they spent more time talking amongst themselves than customers. Breakfast was good, great selection, although some of it was cold. Wine bar was ok just noisy as there were many kids in there. Close to Hammersmith station with direction connection to Heathrow which was good, and 10 min walk to Olympia which is why I was there for work.

It was just the bathroom door that let the hotel down

I only had a paid breakfast once, I'm not much into self-service.

The room was never cleaned properly before or during the stay. Lots of hairs and dirt everywhere.

Loved it

Room is dirty. First they give us a room is not we booked, and there are still people living inside. So I think the hotel management is in a state of utter chaos. The next day ,before we left our room, we left a note asking for room clean service, but the whole day no one did the cleaning. We will not book this hotel again.
