Last minute trip, I found a really good deal on hotels.com and that pushed me to go. I am glad I did so. :)
The hotel was easy to find and short walk distance from the train/bus station.
It was also close to the sea (top of the cliff).
In the price was included also leisure centre - i.e. sauna, gym, indoor pool, etc. I didn't use it.
On the the site was also a big bar with plenty of seating available.
The hotel is really big, it was easy to get lost. :D
I booked only a single room and it was big enough - the bed was fine, there was also a desk, kettle & tea/coffee, TV, bathroom was big enough as well - shower worked well, sink could be bigger. ;)
I am glad it was not really hot day because early sun, too much light and heat woke me up early. The window could be bigger, but thanks God there was a fan available.:)
I was happy with my stay at Suncliff Hotel and I would stay again. Thank you. :)

I didnt like that i had to pay an addittion 24 pound for the car park. If i booked direct would have been cheaper. Followed by staff that were rude and a hotel very run down.

Parking is an issue at this hotel as there are limited spaces. We had to park on the main road which attracted a fee - in total it cost us an additional £16 in parking over the 2 days and the hotel do not refund.

Average hotel for the cost. Value for money. Breakfast was poor, very little left if you come down later. Parking a nightmare for us but I guess that depends on the day.

We stayed at ocean view double room. One of the glasses of window is haziness because of moisture from the water which trapped in the double glaze glass window.
They don't provide enough shower gel for two people for two nights.

It was very noisey, we asked for a quiet
room, we might as well asked for a room next to a motorway! We were by the stairs and people were really loud going back and forward. Also the air con/heating was loud. Hotels seem to be pushing us to Airbnbs these days by not sorting out inconsiderate idiots!
