I was quickly checked in and allocated my room and the reception staff even took my luggage to my room on the third floor !
Upon entering my room I was pleased to see a big comfortable double bed and a bathroom with a bath and shower ! Tea and coffee and a kettle and a led TV with plenty of channels !
Great value for money, I would highly recommend you see for yourself when visiting Bournemouth !

Das Zimmer war günstig, also kann ich nicht klagen. Es war allerdings winzig und einiges war kaputt, zb der Handtuchhalter im Bad oder die Schreibtischschubladen. Ich fand es auch nicht schön, dass mein Zimmer nicht zur angegebenen Zeit fertig war und ich bei Nachfrage eine unfreundliche Antwort bekommen habe.

The staff were friendly and welcomed. They let me check-in early at no extra cost. The hotel is well situated and their cooked breakfast is fantastic. Absolutely delicious.
The hotel is dated and the walls are thin, so if you are a light sleeper you will struggle to sleep. I'm a heavy sleeper and had a rough sleepless night due to loud neighbours.

Worst sleep ever in a very old bed. Rooms need updating as does the tired looking hotel. Luckily it wasn’t peak season as this hotel isn’t worth the money you’ll pay.

Great Hotel stay, it’s the simple things these new hotels don’t have.
Plenty of working space, 2 chairs, big bed side table, & bath.
Very clean & all the amenities, building is tired but if you look past that, it was value for money.
Didn’t really speak to staff so cannot comment.

Even though some elements of the hotel were tired, it was spotlessly clean throughout. Our bedding was crisp white cotton and smelt lovely, the bathroom was lovely and recently refurbished, the breakfast was decent, hot and plentiful, and we even made use of the sauna which was great. Stunning location too.

Room was satisfactory, bed comfortable and facilities more than adequate.
Unfortunately, I found the hotel on the whole (apart from the ground floor) generally in need of some tlc.
My sleep was badly disturbed both nights of my stay due to gross inconsideration by other guests on my floor.....I believe there was a school party staying. This aside, I found that sounds carried easily throughout the hotel on the whole.....any kind of sound proofing seemed lacking
Unfortunately I was ill for the duration of my stay so sleep was difficult anyways but that would only account for 20% of my disturbed sleep.

We couldn’t see the beach from our room as out the back.
The room was clean and the bathroom was newly done but the room obviously was quite dated and shabby. The windows were not double glazed and so quite noisy.
The breakfast was good.
We were on the top floor and the lift was very small and very old looking so we opted for the stairs.

Room and staff were really good. This hotel had a brilliant reception team who are so friendly and welcoming. The only thing that lets the hotel down was the food. We ordered hams eggs and chips and a tuna sandwich. Ham and tuna seems a but off tasting a little on the sour side the chips were soggy and undercooked. The service and foh more than made up for it
