Lovely hotel and a great location.

The room was very clean and comfortable.The shower was powerful and the water was lovely and hot The breakfast was good and the staff were all friendly.

Mixed emotions about this hotel. Location and some staff were great. Other staff had zero ability to communicate. Before I arrived personal details were leaked and caught up in a scam, I had to notify the hotel of the situation. Out bath plug was stuck so the tub filled up, shower water was cold, and waited 10 minutes for the lift at check out. Tried to tell someone at checkout about the issues and was dismissed. For the price....go somewhere else

Location was excellent, breakfast was adequate but not special. Room was clean but mattress was hard

Great hotel with a feel of luxury at a price that is not over the top. Customer service/friendly staff to make you feel welcome. The only criticism is lack of on site parking.

Paid almost £300 for a family room and no breakfast included. Hotel was extremely busy, impossible to get to the bar. Despite checking in online still lots of queueing for lifts, luggage etc. Reported noisy next door guests, was told it wasn’t late enough to say anything. They were up until 2am running up and down corridors and banging doors! Clearly a group booking. No phones in the room call down and report! Not happy!

The room was fine most of the staff were very nice except for one bartender who took a dislike to our group because he mistook us for members of the travelling community and decided to refuse us service what a big mistake

Everything about the Queens is excellent . Have stayed here numerous times and will continue to do so . Great staff , rooms and all round facilities

The room was clean but a bit cold due to the draught from the window. Nice large comfy bed and good TV. All the public spaces in the hotel are of excellent standard. The breakfast was very good.

Terrible. I had already paid but then was faced with an additional charge when I arrived which I was told was a deposit. I checked with the booking website and I was told I was charged in error - over £100!Really unacceptable and sad to see such a formerly great hotel operate this way. How on Earth did this happen? Light wasn't working properly. Room service knocking on my door at half 9 and disturbing me.

Love it here. Our go to place in Leeds. Love all the art deco details. Super helpful and friendly staff.
