Lovely hotel, minutes from the station. Lovely entrance and reception area. Friendly check in staff. Lovely room city side, bit draughty as it has the old sash windows. Amazing breakfast. Would recommend and definitely stay again

Upgraded to King junior suite which was fabulous Digital key opened the door although we had to go back to reception to get key card to turn lights on within the room..Staff very helpful and pleasant

We arrived late evening by train so being able to enter the hotel directly from the station was a big bonus. Check in was smooth and efficient, the friendly staff gave us a complimentary room upgrade which was much appreciated. Our room was beautiful and spacious, the mattress and pillows very comfortable. Bathroom is clean and has all that you need. Location of the hotel is very central and within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone else.
