I have visited Leeds many times but never stayed at the Queens hotel until now and I’m very impressed. A grand hotel with a long history which feels elegant and luxurious. Perfect location for the train station, you can access the hotel from inside. Rooms surprisingly modern and very comfortable. The only downside was the noise through the windows however that didn’t put me off from staying again. I’ve already booked my next stay.

Lovely hotel but they need drawers and a proper bedside table and also need to allow guests to change air-con in their room as it would only go to 16 degrees and was on a low fan so we were still hot in our room, this was during the heatwave! They need to make sure that housekeepers or people dealing with function rooms do not start hoovering at 8.15am!! As this woke us up. The staff were very helpful though and the hotel is lovely, bar has a happy hour and so nice cocktails and bar staff very helpful and friendly. Excellent location by train station convenient to centre.

Booked because offered A/C. Appeared locked to their max allowed. Thermo showed my attempt for 18c but temp never changed, lowered: 20? 22? Customer had no control. Heavy duvet, noting visit during extreme heat wave. No top sheet, finally enptied duvet cover of duvet, used cover as sheet covering. Travelers to UK, Europe need be aware hotels generally set A/C 'max'/min. temp. Customer cannot lower, adjust. Lobby noticeably comfortably cool. Mattress very comfortable. TV in odd viewing area if watch from bed. Nice older property with updated fixtures. Atmosphere pleasant.

Super convenient location and well done out from recent refurb. Exterior of the building needs some attention especially the windows where they let so much wind in and makes a noise. This didn’t effect our nights sleep.

Gorgeous hotel. Lovely and friendly staff . Rooms large and clean. So convenient for the station can enter hotel from side entrance of the station. Would definitely recommend

Super attentive and friendly reception staff. Great large twin room with mini fridge; tea & coffee, water & biscuits - even milk for the coffee! Iron & board, harder and lovely toiletries. Despite facing the square the room was quiet. Also great to have easy controllable air con. Oh and definitely eat dinner at the Cinnamon Kitchen! Truly gorgeous and a bit different from the usual curry plus pretty reasonable!
