A great room and really friendly staff that allowed me to check in early when io was exhauster after travelling. I will definitely be staying here again when I'm next working in Leeds

Amazing stay to see new year in Room really nice and clean Thank you

The room was OK but the corridor etc was old and it smelt old and in need of modernisation. I wouldn’t stay again.

Booked a ‘cosy room’ for NYE, it was ridiculously small. Nowhere to get ready properly, no ceiling light other than in the doorway. No phone to contact reception. The mattress was rock hard, I left with back ache the next day. Pillows not the best either. The corridors were dated. The lift didn’t seem to like floor 5 as we waited over ten minutes for it to stop on our floor and it kept going past it! We ended up carrying two suitcases down 5 floors of stairs, with many other guests doing the same. Positive was the location and friendly male receptionist on New Year’s Day.

Room was great, looked newly refurbished. Very clean and high quality finish. We had a lovely view over city square. It was freezing outside but cosy in the room. Excellent shower with plenty of hot water. Bed was amazing. So comfy. The hotel is superb, we love staying here. Staff are excellent and do everything they can to make you comfortable and welcome. The area around the hotel is safe and lots of good bars and restaurants. We ate at The Giggling Squid just up the road. The railway station is attached to the hotel but we heard no noise from anywhere despite it being New Year’s Eve.

Firstly the receptionist was extremely welcoming and polite. The room was excellent, comfy mattress and bedding. The amenities are really good, the breakfast was also nice. Will definitely stay again when needed.

Clean rooms and comfortable beds

Always excellent service at the Queen's, the staff really look after their clientele. I've been staying here on and off for about 8 years now and will continue to do so.

The room was okay, small but as expected. However, the shower tray had visible dirt/mould in the corners, and the towels were quite rough. The reception staff were friendly, which was a positive. Unfortunately, breakfast was very disappointing. The options were extremely limited, with no vegetarian choices available on the buffet. I asked if vegetarian sausages were available and was told they were, but that they would take 17 minutes. I ordered them with poached eggs, as only fried eggs were on the buffet. After waiting 30 minutes, nothing arrived. When I asked again, I was told that the staff member who took my order had left, and my breakfast never came. In the end, I only had weak coffee and two slices of toast. There was no oat milk, so i also had dry branflakes. Pooir service and terrible breakfast very disappointing as i had paid extra for this.

Clean room great welcome, nice comfortable bed and lovely art deco feel. Would definately return.

Room was clean, great location, only draw back is the shower could do with a screen as the whole floor gets covered in water Staff were very nice, but we couldn't get in the restaurant and the cocktail choice in the bar is very minimal
