We loved our stay at the Rembrandt and would gladly return. The staff were all outstanding. Every single individual we encountered was cheerfully helpful and welcoming. The location was perfect - quiet and away from tourist crowds but convenient. Besides being across from the V&A, it is close to the South Kensington tube station and you can catch major bus lines to the east of the city just across the street. There is a nice area of shops and several restaurants near the tube station and Harrods is a 10 -15 minute walk away. The rooms were immaculate and comfortable - ours had a nice view and you could open the windows for fresh air. The air system was simple and easy to set and use - our nights were always cool and comfortable. We look forward to coming back someday soon.

滞在中、部屋のエアコンが故障しており、2階の部屋から1階の部屋へ変更となった点が残念でした。
また、チェックイン時にフロントの女性スタッフの英語が聞き取りづらく、内容が理解できず困っていましたが、もう少し親身に対応していただけると良かったと思います

We loved our stay at the Rembrandt and would gladly return. The staff were all outstanding. Every single individual we encountered was cheerfully helpful and welcoming. The location was perfect - quiet and away from tourist crowds but convenient. Besides being across from the V&A, it is close to the South Kensington tube station and you can catch major bus lines to the east of the city just across the street. There is a nice area of shops and several restaurants near the tube station and Harrods is a 10 -15 minute walk away. The rooms were immaculate and comfortable - ours had a nice view and you could open the windows for fresh air. The air system was simple and easy to set and use - our nights were always cool and comfortable. We look forward to coming back someday soon.

部屋も清潔で空調も効いていて居心地が良かったです！ロンドンにしては珍しく暑い日だったので冷房が効いていたのがありがたかったです。また、シャワーも水圧がよく快適でした。
朝ごはんも美味しかったです。
今回の旅で行く予定の場所の徒歩圏内のためこちらにしましたが、歩いて行ける観光地が沢山あり、治安もいいエリアで接客も良くこちらに泊まれてよかったです！またサウスケンジントン周りを中心に過ごす際はここに泊まりたいと思いました！ありがとうございます。

It was very difficult to keep regulate the air conditioning. The only way to keep our room cool was to have the very loud fan running 24/7.
There were two American electric plugs in the room. One did not work. The staff did lend us an adapter.
There was no conditioner available. I expected the hotel to provide this and so had to go into the city and pay far too much for a small amount of conditioner.
The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a very good variety of foods from which to choose.

The hotel itself was fantastic (especially the breakfast) but the pictures indicate that there is a pool in the hotel which is NOT the case. We assumed (because the pool is in the hotel images) that the pool was included in our stay but it is not. You have to pay additional costs which was very disappointing to us. The staff tried to help but it is the marketing department which is marketing something that is not part of the hotel! We hope no one else arrives at the hotel with their children excited to play in the pool only to be told you have to pay extra!

The main hotel areas are well maintained, and the staff were excellent throughout our stay. The room itself was a little dated and could do with a refresh.
One thing to watch out for: the free drink coupon wording is confusing. It's one free drink per room, not per person — so don't expect one each if there are two of you.
The location is great for the London museums and the Royal Albert Hall.

Well situated within easy walking distance of many attractions.
We were surprised to be allocated a disabled room but as we stayed only for one night it didn’t really matter. Questioned this on checkout and we’re told this is normal practice when fully occupied. We suggested they make this clear on check in. AC worked well but dripped and left carpet wet.
We had booked a table in advance and went down to the restaurant at 5pm to find it not open but a table reserved in the bar area, not what we really wanted but as we had a show to go to and no time to find anywhere else , so had to make do.
We would not choose to stay here again.

It is a lovely hotel, the room was good and they do a very nice breakfast. The reason for my middle rating is the availability of the bar. I am in one of the major capital cities of the world near to a world famous concert venue,the Royal Albert Hall, and after returning from the show at just on 11pm, I was told that the bar had just closed, a ridiculous decision and not the service they should be offering and is the reason I would never return or recommend to other people to go there
