La photo est trompeuse et l'annonce ne mentionne pas que la piscine n'est pas à l'hôtel. Vous devez payer des frais pour y accéder! La piscine se trouve le bâtiment à côté. Le manager n'a rien voulu savoir et a refusé de nous proposer la gratuité! Je n'y retournerai plus. Ne vous faites pas avoir !

The staff is great, and so is breakfast. The rooms could use a little rehab - worn carpet, small refrigerator loose door. Biggest improvement would be to have a bathroom night light!

Yes room was terrible one of them the one that we paid more for was slightly ok maybe i would say just the bathroom was renovated a while ago my brothers room was a disaster we were 4 people my daughter wanted to stay with us in the room thats why we got the bigger room that sleeps 3 and at the check in they made us pay extra because the room we paid for three people said only two again we were 4 people for 2 rooms why does it matter where they stay here or there the restaurant is terrible it takes 30 mins to get water never mind order they charged us for 30 mins leaving later the room each 40 pounds this is for me the worst experience in london being here at hotels for 42 days already

I was really impressed with this hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful both at the front desk and the bar/restaurant. Excellent location. The room was clean and well appointed. Breakfast buffet was good quality and plentiful. It was nice as well to have up to 11am to eat breakfast.

Zimmer ein bisschen klein (mit einem Babybett), jedoch sehr gemütlich und sauber. Personal sehr nett, insbesondere mit unserem kleinen Sohn. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut und grosszügig.

Room clean. Bed and bedding good. Bathroom clean and updated. Nespresso machine with pods, tea and kettle. Air con bit noisy but seemed to work. Nice bath robes and decent towels. Location ideal for museums.
Paid for upgrade to room and it was modern and nice. Worth £40? Can’t say as I didn’t see the Grand King to compare.
Breakfast was ok, not brilliant.
Staff all good.
Disappointing you have to pay a lot for a swim!
Only negative is the stupid shower head - if you turn it on, you get soaked with cold water and rainfall showers are no good for a shower without hair washing.
