Have stayed here several times. V. good value for central London. Good breakfast buffet. Good internet service. Friendly, helpful staff. Convenient location - 5-10 min walk to Underground; some bus lines stop right outside. Perfect location for museums: V&A, Science, Natural History.

Overall, our stay was excellent - and in fact better than anticipated in all areas - facilities, location, service, breakfast & comfort. We had a room with a sofa bed so that we could use it as a sofa - however, when we moved it there was quite a lot of dust/litter underneath - understandable as it was pretty heavy to move & therefore clean around - but not pleasant to discover

Lovely Hotel in a great location. Comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Scott and the Concierge team were extremely helpful and always go above and beyond. Have stayed here several times and will definitely return. Highly recommended.

The pool was not accessible for free, even though it was mentioned in the summary. This should be rectified. The staff didn't seem to be concerned with the guests. For a 5 star hotel I expected a far more friendly and helpful staff. The beds were extremely hard, and pillows not comfortable. One coupon for 1 free drink is abysmal, really when we book for 2, we should get 2 coupons. Value for money was just not there, at this price point I wanted a much better experience.
