City break with my cousin. The hotel is in a good location and a short walk from South Kensington tube station; the staff where freindly and helpful, the breakfast on the morning was nice. Lots of places to chose to eat out on a night time that are within walking distance if the hotel. If you want to use the pool it's best to pick a day that is going to be the least busy to get your money's worth as it cost £15 per day for each person and, we took advantage of the adult only times which where very quite as well. Will stay at this hotel again.

I love this place! This was my second visit, and check in was great (staff are so warm and friendly), the location couldn’t be more convenient (close to South Kensington station), and their complimentary breakfast is also excellent. I was there after a very long trek back from Seychelles so I opted to get a Thai massage (with Dada), and it was just what I needed before embarking on the last leg of my journey back to Canada. I was also very appreciative of the wonderful service I received from Neil in helping me to secure proper transportation to the airport. The only downside is the pool/gym isn’t directly owned by the hotel so you have to pay an additional fee to use it (hence my score for amenities), however when in London you have plenty of opportunity to exercise outdoors so who really wants to waste time at the gym anyway. Looking forward to staying here again next time I’m in London.

雖然酒店比較舊及裝修簡單，但感覺舒服。首先酒店職員友善，特別是這位bellboy, 他常面帶笑容，非常主動幫我們搬行李。我們是住行政客房，房間寬敞舒適，房內燈光充足。酒店附近商店食肆林立，步行都非常方便。下次一定再入住。
