地理位置很好，去邊都方便。樓下就係好旺好多人既街道，唔會感覺到雜，夜晚訓教時間唔會嘈。房間乾淨企理，房內空間對比歐洲其他國家算係大了。下次有機會再去倫敦一定會再簡呢間酒店！

Always a pleasure to stay here. Great location in Piccadilly , east to walk to. Staff so welcoming and swift check in and out. Rooms very clean and quiet, my room was super spacious nice large bed and complimentary water. The lady who was cleaning was a delight and offered to help fasten my dress I was struggling with for an event later that morning before check out. Highly recommended! Stayed for past 3 years when needs be.

房间隔音太差就算了，还不密封，住下的那一晚房间暖气坏了也没人通知，走廊的温度都比房间暖和，打电话给前台才告诉我们暖气坏了，说第二天才有人来修，第二天我们都走了还要你修吗？给我们增加一被子既然也没床套...被子很旧. 就这样卷缩了一晚在一个一晚一千多的酒店里，第二天连澡都不敢洗，房间也没有烧水壶能泡个茶或热水. 虽然位置很好，但也太委屈了这样的待遇.

Good location. Room was big and nice bed.
Bathroom sink was very small. You cannot use the hair dryer inside the bathroom.
We were unlucky to stay very close to the elevator hall, so there was a bit of noise.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating after we arrived a bit early for check in and made arrangements to get us a room. We had matinee tickets to see Wicked that day so that was a tremendous help and gesture on their part. Very much appreciative of the staff’s consideration and understanding. Will definitely consider this hotel again when we’re back in London.

最高の場所です。
ホテルから一歩出ると、ピカデリーサーカスの中心地。レミゼラブルの劇場は歩いて３分程度。観劇で遅くなっても夜遅くまで賑やかで怖い感じはしなかったです。お部屋も清潔でキレイでした。シャワーの水圧も問題なしです。
朝食はシンプルですが、一通り揃ってます。
また滞在したいと思ってます。

Hotel overbooked our rooms so we had to move to a sister hotel where our rooms were not was requested and management would not even talk to us about our concerns. Never again.

We were booked into the Thistle London and were moved to a sister location due to overbooking. We were in a disability room that was awkward for us to use sink and the shower did not drain properly.
