Most convenient location , helpful staff and tidy rooms.

此酒店唯一優點只有位置便利。整潔度極差，酒店前台服務質素未達四星酒店標準，未能解決客人住宿清潔異議，有時前台服務員是從其他酒店臨時借調的。

地理位置很好，去邊都方便。樓下就係好旺好多人既街道，唔會感覺到雜，夜晚訓教時間唔會嘈。房間乾淨企理，房內空間對比歐洲其他國家算係大了。下次有機會再去倫敦一定會再簡呢間酒店！

Friendly staff, always available to greet & help. Only downside to room, but it was incredibly inconvenient, was the lack of bright lighting. Would have been useful particularly in bathroom

I forhold til pris gjenspeilet ikke standard. Rom luktet rart , luktet gatekjøkken . Kalde bad. Frokost var det dårlig utvalg på.

The location of the hotel was excellent, and the service was truly top-class. However, the overall standard did not compare to what we’re used to from European hotels. We had deliberately upgraded to deluxe rooms, yet there was nothing particularly “deluxe” about them. Considering the very high price we paid, the stay simply did not feel worth the money

Okay hotel in the neighborhood of Leicester square. Easy walk also the Covent garden and down to Trafalgar square. Our opinion is that this is not a 4 star hotel. Not soundproofed doors. The doors are without a door threshold so that sound from the hallway penetrates a into the room. One of the two elevators was overloaded with only 3 people! This hotel is probably more of a 3 star hotel than a 4 star. High price compare to what we expected. Some upgrading should be done here to have 4 stars.

The stay started badly when we had to wait for the only lift working and it only took two people before setting of the overweight alarm. Our room was on the 7th floor so we had to use the stairs several times. The bathroom was a disaster with difficulty getting the toilet to flush. We had to wait 15 minutes in the morning to get hot water. Initially there was no water, maybe someone else turned of the taps in their room allowing us to get water. The bed was very uncomfortable and badly made, the bottom sheet didn’t reach the bottom of the bed. The quilt was soiled. Breakfast was ok. Reception staff were friendly. Clearly not worth the money!

Glasses in room would have been nice . Three of us in room but only two slippers / gown

Great room and very friendly staff. Perfect location. We appreciated that we could leave our bags for a few hours both before check-in and after check-out at no extra cost. The only downside was that the door was very thin, and we were woken up by housekeeping knocking on other rooms at 08:50. Regardless, we would happily stay here again.
