Plenty of shops, restaurants and entertainment (theatres and cinema). Close to all major attractions and easy access to underground trains. I would recommend booking restaurants before you visit on busy days/evenings.

Would highly recommend any families coming to London! Staff was friendly in the room was beautiful and had an amazing view. We bought the wrong voltage adapter, and the receptionist was kind enough to lend us one. It’s a little details like this that really make the difference.

When I arrived in the room, I tried to use the safe but it did not work. I tried to phone reception but nobody answered so I had to go down to find help. Everyone was helpful but it caused an unnecessary delay that meant I had to rush to prepare for my night out. The room had a connecting door to the next room. I wasn’t particularly comfortable about the security. It had zero soundproofing which wasn’t a problem the first night but the second night my neighbour had a cough - he may as well have been sa I noticed the next day theThe room was clean and comfortable. The shower was a bit cramped and some of the jets on the overhead showerhead were blocked so I had to use the handheld showerhead to rinse properly.
