가족여행에 방2개 예약 했는데 다른층으로 배정되고 1개방은 청소가 안되고 옆방과 통하는 방을 2개방 모두 배정하여 너무 시끄럽습니다 냉장고에는 먹은물이 남아 있고 바닥은 더럽고 샤워문은 자꾸 열려서 물이 밖으로나와 화장실 바닥에 물이 많아서 수건으로 물기 제거함 조식식사하는곳은 지하1층이고 화장실과 가까운곳에 있어 냄새가 납니다 이 호텔 이용하지마세요 프런트 직원이 불친절은 가관 입니다

피카딜리 서커스라는 완벽한 위치를 보장 받음과 함께 현대적이고 매우 깨끗한 룸 상태도 손에 꼽을 수준입니다. 침대, 화장실 등도 훌륭합니다.

Room was not ready when we arrived. Instead of owning their mistake they had us wait for 20 minutes without any info. Some towels had clear dirt marks on them. Shower was clogged, hallways very smelly. Apart from that, a clean room, nice staff and a unbeatable location. Better than many London hotels.

Nice staff, great location. A bit hard beds but still a very comfortable sleep. The only negative comment I have, will be about the two mirrors in the room (hallway and bathroom) both these mirrors have a super bright light right above which makes it incredibly uncomfortable and hard to do any makeup. Turning off the light doesn’t help because then it’s suddenly too dark(. Apart from that, this was a great stay and I lovely hotel!

The location is excellent The staff are great The room is comfortable and clean My room looked over the M&M and Lego stores. So right in the think of it. The room was really sound proof. I recommend you staying here

Great location- steps away from leicester square, easy walk to various tourist attractions. Spacious and comfortable room.

Water temp of shower wouldn’t get warm, staff was rude and on phones, cleaning staff went in room with do not disturb on the door.

Room was clean staff very friendly and helpful as you walked in Breakfast was very nice lots to choose from would recommend this hotel

Really, the only thing going for this hotel was location. It definitely is in need of updates. The access to the property was a challenge, as often the keys to gain access didn't properly activate the doors opening. The doors were also often closed, even though the signage gave specific times that you would need to utilize keys to gain entry. There were OVERPOWERING weird fragrant odors throughout the property. I don't know WHAT they were trying to hide, but it assaulted you the minute you left the lobby of the hotel.

Clean and comfortable rooms, although bed was a little on the hard side for me personally. Excellent noise insulation despite being in a very busy area. Good breakfast. Pleasant staff.

Exaxtly what we needed for location and price. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast had plenty of options and catered for GF.. Adrianna who checked us in was especially helpful. Would stay there again.

Location was fantastic

Excellent location, moments from Leicester Square and Picadilly Circus. Room was reasonably big for central London, bed was super comfy. Staff were great, sending some Prosecco to the room when they heard it was our Anniversary. Despite being so close to buzzing nightlife, we didnt hear any noise in the room. Overall, couldnt fault it.

Room very nice. Very clean comfortable. View was not nice all vents etc . 5th floor. Breakfast buffet was nice basic but ok. There is Greggs and McDonald’s outside the hotel so won’t pay £50 extra for breakfast again. Reception small and needs updating . Does not look posh and looks tired

The best hotel i have ever stayed at London. Room for 3 people is very very big. Location is amazing definitely i will stay again.
