가족여행에 방2개 예약 했는데 다른층으로 배정되고 1개방은 청소가 안되고 옆방과 통하는 방을 2개방 모두 배정하여 너무 시끄럽습니다 냉장고에는 먹은물이 남아 있고 바닥은 더럽고 샤워문은 자꾸 열려서 물이 밖으로나와 화장실 바닥에 물이 많아서 수건으로 물기 제거함 조식식사하는곳은 지하1층이고 화장실과 가까운곳에 있어 냄새가 납니다 이 호텔 이용하지마세요 프런트 직원이 불친절은 가관 입니다

Un choix parfait pour sa localisation. On nous a permis un enregistrement hâtif, comme la chambre était prête et disponible, ce que nous avons grandement apprécié. La chambre proposée pour 3 adultes étaient constituée de 2 pièces (la principale avec lit King divisible et la secondaire avec un divan lit.) Chaque espace dispose de sa télévision. En terme de disposition, c’était vraiment bien. L’hôtel offre globalement une prestation honnête, mais un peu d’amour serait bénéfique, notamment au niveau de l’entretien de la chambre. C’est défraîchi, mais ça serait facilement corrigible. C’est assez tranquille, mais le système de retenue des portes de chambres est moyen. Si non retenue, la porte claque assez bruyamment. Pour sommeil léger, ça peut déranger (bien que nous n’ayons pas souffert de ça.) Sinon, malgré l’intensité de la vie extérieure de ce quartier, nous n’entendons rien de l’intérieur. Le personnel est attentionné, bien que particulièrement réservé.

The room was beautiful and location was great. We stayed for three nights and had a major issue with the toilet not working, They said it was fixed after the first, and second night, but it wasn’t. On the third night someone came up and when we were there I was told it was fixed and then I showed him it wasn’t. He said that the hotel was full and we could not move rooms but suggested that we go down six floors (with my wife in her nighty) to use the main toilet. Or to put our soiled toilet paper in the garbage can. I went to talk to the manager and we switched rooms on the third night (they were not full), On check out I explained the story to the day manager and she offered us a 50% refund on our stay and that it would be handled by noon. It was not. I called several times and this manager would not reply. I was able to speak with a different manager that was helpful but still required approval from the first manager for the refund. After a week of several calls, I was told that they would refund 30% of the payment, which was fine; however, it is 10 days after checkout now and the money was still not refunded. The most frustrating part was that the first manager offered a great deal to appease me and then ghosted me and would not return my calls. The second manager was much more helpful. I will attach photos of how the worker left the room for us to stay in - dirty toilet water on the floor and an overflowing toilet.

What a mess, I was traveling with my family and had 4 rooms booked including for my old parents- they oversold the room and never gave us the junior suite we booked and then finally after a long discussion gave the suite which had no AC as it was broke~ I have been traveling to UK every month on business and the reason I booked this hotel was for location for convinence of my parents but it was a nightmare to deal with the hotel management- not only they keep on shielding their no reason to give my old parents room but also other room was given to us after 4pm when the room was suppose to be given at 3pm—- never had such a bad experience … they are not even 1 star property - they sell themselves as 4 star— room stink and very very bad breakfast- absolutely a RIP OFF !!

Junior suite a great sized room and bathroom. Great location in Picadilly. However, informed at check in the rooms air conditioning wasn’t working and was given a portable air conditioner (large fan) as substitute. Windows did not open. It was a 32 degree day in London. Complimentary breakfast given as substitute for inconvenience. After complaints from our end, was moved to a new room the next day. However, could not gain access to the room until 3pm. This one had a good working air conditioner but the television reception was poor. Some serious maintenance issues at the hotel. With so many other hotels in the area, do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else!

Amazing stay in the best area ever right in the heart of Piccadilly Circus and Leicester Square with Chinatown and the Hippodrome a 1 minute walk away, Trafalgar Squae 3 minute walk, Big Ben and Westminster 18 minutes walk ir catch the bus from around the corner and get off at Big Ben in under 10 minutes. Awesome much needed aircon, rooms are spacious and best showers ever.

Room was older and ran down a bit but was comfortable. Pull out couch bed was old, uncomfortable and very very thin. The location of the hotel is central but in the hustle of everything at all hours of the day. Personally I will stay in a different area of London when i return.

We had a poor experience. The room was inadequate for 3 adults as advertised. pull out sofa could not accommodate an adult. AC was broken so room was very hot. Room also smelled. Hotel overall is old and worn. Needs renovation. We checked out after 30 minutes.
