這家旅館座落在絕佳的多瑙河畔，河景房窗台可以觀賞對岸國會大廈日夜美景，讓人難以忘懷。早餐豐盛、美味。以觀光旅客而言這是兩大美好享受。 但是，深色昏暗的接待大廳、拘謹的接待人員，讓人入住時缺乏溫馨親切感。房間設計平庸遜色，設施老舊：金屬床架滋滋作響、枕頭棉被品質不佳、空調噪音大且溫空不穩、浴室熱水水壓不足、擋水玻璃不擋水（擋水條剝落）、地磚地毯磨損污漬，許多缺失都讓人住宿、睡眠經驗很差。 這旅館先天條件極佳，但是迫切需要專業人員管理，以及設計特色與設備改善。

Minha experiência neste hotel em Budapeste foi bastante decepcionante. Desde a chegada, já foi possível perceber um problema sério com odores desagradáveis em algumas áreas comuns, especialmente nos corredores. Infelizmente, o cheiro também estava presente dentro do quarto, o que tornou a estadia bastante incômoda. O cheiro, ao que parece, vinha dos dutos do ar condicionado. Fui reclamar do mal cheiro na recepção, mas não deram muita importância. Ninguém foi até o quarto verificar... O quarto, por sua vez, aparenta ser muito antigo e claramente necessita de uma reforma urgente. A sensação é de falta de manutenção ao longo dos anos. O piso em carpete é um dos pontos mais críticos: está visivelmente velho, manchado e com aparência de sujeira acumulada, o que passa uma impressão de pouca higiene. No geral, o hotel deixa muito a desejar em termos de conforto, conservação e limpeza. Não recomendaria a quem busca uma estadia agradável na cidade.

Great place to stay in Budapest. Ideal location for Buda castle district. Friendly staff and modern facilities.

We had a suite (1 bedroom and lounge converted into 2 beds) on the 5th floor facing the river Danube. It was clean, very quiet but also quite hot (radiator under sink in bathroom was on full blast when we arrived and the aircon didn’t do anything. The bathroom was a bit smelly even at that height (drains). This lessened when the shower etc had been used and was fine if you kept the bathroom door shut! It was worth it for the view and location though but I’d definitely rate it more a 3 star than a 4 as it needs some updating in areas. The smellies in the bathroom were really nice and the room was huge! Would recommend for the price and location

TOP Lage und sehr gutes Frühstück. Das Zimmer war sehr großzügig geschnitten, aber das Mobiliar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr gute Betten

The aircondition didn’t work well so it was pretty hot in the hotel room even tho it was only 16° outside. The carpets in the room had stains and it looked a little bit old overall (in the room) the other facilities were good. We got a double duvet.. which for us was kind of annoying to sleep with because we want separate duvets. The staff was nice and helped us with a taxi to the airport when it was time to leave. The bar in the hotel was not for us. Det drinks didn’t have much taste and the bartender constantly licked his fingers while making drinks, which we found very inhygienic. But overall it was a nice stay in the springtime. Would not recommend it in the summer (because of the very hot room and I could imagine it would be worse when the temperature rises during summertime) The hotel was on the Buda side and if you are a walker then you would love it, because if you want to go to the inner city you have to walk for a bit. It was close to the castle and fisherman’s bastion tho which was nice.

A perfect location overlooking the River Danube opposite the Parliament building. Our room was clean and all staff were friendly and helpful. Getting around is easy as there is a tram stop within 30 yards and a Metro station 5 minutes walk away. Highly recommended - especially if you opt for a room with the river view as the patio doors open to allow you to enjoy fresh air and watch the world go by….

Has to call the front desk twice about loud music next door. We traveled all day and didn’t even arrive until 11pm. It looked like the bathroom door had been kicked in. There was a whole in the door. Pieces of drywall in the entrance when you walked into the room. Front desk was not all that helpful.

Morning staff was not at all helpful. Breakfast was over priced for what was offered and our voucher was only valid in the restaurant and bar which were not open when we were there and could not be used for breakfast

Break fast was great. Room needs more aesthetics. View to the Danube river was superb. Proximity to the main attractions was great…

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel in Budapest—it truly made our honeymoon extra special. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and to our delight, we were surprised with a complimentary room upgrade. Our upgraded room had a stunning view overlooking the Danube, and waking up to that breathtaking scenery each morning was unforgettable. It added such a romantic touch to our trip and made our stay feel even more luxurious. The room itself was beautifully maintained, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The service throughout the hotel was consistently excellent—friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. Budapest is already a magical city, but this experience made it even more memorable. We’re so grateful for the kindness shown to us during such a special occasion, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others.
