Breakfast is nice. Hotel is worth to stay.

這家旅館座落在絕佳的多瑙河畔，河景房窗台可以觀賞對岸國會大廈日夜美景，讓人難以忘懷。早餐豐盛、美味。以觀光旅客而言這是兩大美好享受。 但是，深色昏暗的接待大廳、拘謹的接待人員，讓人入住時缺乏溫馨親切感。房間設計平庸遜色，設施老舊：金屬床架滋滋作響、枕頭棉被品質不佳、空調噪音大且溫空不穩、浴室熱水水壓不足、擋水玻璃不擋水（擋水條剝落）、地磚地毯磨損污漬，許多缺失都讓人住宿、睡眠經驗很差。 這旅館先天條件極佳，但是迫切需要專業人員管理，以及設計特色與設備改善。

Great location, close to chsin bridge, Castle, Fishermen Bastei and also my dentist….we had a 6 day stay while our teeth were fixed. Very beautiful Parlament view from top floor rooms- thanks a lot to the friendly staff for the upgrade they gave us ! Great sound isolating windows - we slept very well. Nice restaurants of all styles in 5 min walling distance. We will book this hotel again, when we come back !

직원의 환대가 인상적인 호텔입니다 여기 오시는 모든분들이 기대하는 국회의사당 보이는 방은 아쉽게도 제게 배정되지 않았어요 숙소 상태는 약간 아쉬운 부분이 있어도 거의 청결했어요 조식은 기대에 못미칩니다 그냥 보통이에요 국회의사당 뷰 아니면 여긴 오지 않을것 같은데 전 부다 성 뷰여서 안오고 싶어졌어요

Gutes Frühstück Super Lage

The benefit of this location is very close to Buda of castle and fisherman’s bastion.

The room was very spacious and clean. We had one of the rooms that over looked the river and it was well worth it! So lovely to sit with the window open at night and watch the boars going by. The breakfast had a very large selection of food to choose from and all was good ! The people at the Front desk were very helpful ! Always able to answer question and helped arrange the Hop on Hop off bus tickets for us.

They had nice entrance and staff. Love to revisit again.

Poor room cleaning. Toilet not clean.

It was a really lovely hotel in a prime location the staff were lovely would highly recommend!!

There are 2 sides to Budapest….this hotel is on the Buda side. Get a room on the Danube side with a deck so you can sit & admire the beautiful Parliment buildings across the Danube!! At night when it’s lit up…WOW! Not as many choices of cafes or restaurants on the Buda side. We used the BOLT app to get a taxi to pick us up and take us to the Pest side. They navigated through the very narrow/busy streets. The rooms are very plain but your out exploring all day. Great selection at breakfast. Highly recommend including breakfast in your reservation! The Buda side is definitely quieter than the Pest side.

Booked a room with view and large bed. Got the view and twin beds next to each other making a gap between beds. Got changed to another room, but no refills on the shower gel and body lotion which were empty upon arrival, shower evacuation clogged and one hole in the bed sheets…Took 1 full day to get things fixed despite note left for room cleaning. On the last day, staff entered the room at 7:50am without being invited! This was the Cherry on the cake for the stay! Hotel is nicely placed, view is amazing on the parliament but the staff is not up to the standard of the place. Not enough to put a shade on an amazing 3 days in Budapest city!

Clean, centrally located, good transportation options

The location is superb for exploring Budapest. We had a great room overlooking the Danube. The breakfast was excellent. The only small criticism I could make is that our door was a little stiff and had to be firmly pulled to lock correctly.

The problem is the hotel charges more as the view improves but in our case the room quality went down equally . The better view rooms should be at least as nice as the lower floor rooms. Our room also ran out of toilet paper, the sink was plugged and drained slowly, floors were dirty and room had damages such as scuffs and peeling finishes. The room was smaller than our friends rooms on lower levels as well. It’s just not worth 200$ extra for a better view and to lose quality .

Udsigten over Donau fra hotellet er fantastisk, som man betaler extra for, og det er pengene værd. Man havde misset rengøring, tjek af loft, hvor jeg fandt en mindre samling af edderkopper, hvilket de fik fjernet af 2 omgange. Morgenmad er super god, der er stort udvalg.
