The best experience in this year! We had two chihuahuas with us, They prepared a comfortable bed and dog bowl for my dogs, comfortable also for dogs, quiet area, easy to walk dogs during the night, safely, you can’t find somewhere better than smart hotel Napoli!

Modernt och välfungerande hotell i hamn terminalen. Smidigt om man ska åka med något fartyg på morgonen. Vänlig personal.

A really enjoyable stay at this hotel. Great location a 5-10 minute walk to the metro station and on the ALI bus route. Staff were very friendly and accommodating and breakfast was good quality. Rooms were air conditioned, clean and reasonably sized. All in all great value and great would book again if visiting Naples.

It was quiet and comfortable in my room. I was able to rest from check in at 15:00 until I departed at 21:30 to board my ferry.

This is a good place to stay if you are planning an overnight stay for a crusie ship. Otherwise, try something else. We stay there for three nights. Not easyly walkable to neary by restaurants, and shops. But easy access if you want to catch a ferry to Capri, or Amalfi Coast. This facility is not 4 star rated as shown in Expedia. It's a 3 star at best. The rooms are small, bath rooms oudated, and bugs crawl up the drain in the shower every morning. We didn't spent much time in the hotel, as we were out and didn't get back to our room late. Breakfast was just ok, we basically had coffee and toast, everything else wasn't very fresh. On the plus side, the staff were very nice and helpful.

STAFF WERE FRIENDLY ROOMS WERE CLEAN AND THE BREAKFAST HAD SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE, TRAVELLED WITH 3 KIDS WITH VERY DIFFRENT TASTES AND THEY WERE ALL SATISFIED.

Great hotel close to the ferry port- no outside food alllowed which sucks and check out time to early.

I highly recommend the Smart Hotel Napoli. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. It’s close to transportation to many Napolitano locations and landmarks. Hotel is very clean and modern. Great place to stay while visiting Naples.

Das Zimmer und Personal war an sich sehr gut. Leider war das Zimmer nicht immer gut gereinigt. Im Zimmer waren leider bei Ankunft einige Haare im Bad und auf dem Bett. Der Whirlpool auf dem Zimmer war leider teilweise defekt und das Wasser lies sich manchmal nicht ablassen. Frühstück war okay.

I had a very disappointing experience at Smart Hotel Napoli, and I would not recommend this hotel based on my stay. The customer service was poor, and I did not feel valued or properly taken care of as a guest. The first room I was given smelled like sewage, which made it unacceptable to stay in. When I asked to be moved, I felt like I had to plead my case because the staff seemed reluctant to help. After finally being moved to a second room, the air conditioner did not work. I made the staff aware several times, but it was never fixed, and we had to sleep in a hot room. The next day, we left for an excursion around 9am and returned around 3pm to find that our room had not been cleaned at all. When I asked about it, the staff asked if I wanted it cleaned then, which was frustrating after being gone most of the day. Breakfast was also not good at all. By the time they gave me a third room, I felt like I had no choice but to accept it because I had nowhere else to stay. I later requested a refund, but it was denied because the hotel stated they offered me an upgraded room. In my opinion, that does not excuse the first two rooms having serious issues or the lack of urgency and concern from the staff. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing stay 2 night stay. Stay away from this hotel and find somewhere better. Based on my experience, they will not care about you one way or the other.

Great location if you’re going in a cruise or if you want to be in the middle of a lot of cool and exciting tourist attractions. Make sure to book a taxi with the hotel if you want to do any tourist attractions. You get the taxi number and a set price and you can’t hold them accountable. Great place to visit . I’ll be back.
