Perfect place! I was so surprised by kindness of the people. It was my birthday and they surprise me with cake, candles e sing a happy birthday for me! I was amazing! The location is great because we can get to/ from the airport in a bus for 5 $, very close to metro line 1 too. Everything is nice, modern and clean! I just loved!!!5🌟

Staff was exceptional! Room was very comfortable and clean. The only thing that we didn’t realize when we booked is that when there’s a cruise ship docked there is absolutely no view, all you see is the side of a ship. However when there is not one docked, it is beautiful and very peaceful! We loved the location and felt very safe.

We had two chihuahuas with us,
They prepared a comfortable bed and dog bowl for my dogs, comfortable also for dogs, quiet area, easy to walk dogs during the night, safely, you can’t find somewhere better than smart hotel Napoli!

Poor breakdast, mainly sweet cake.
Had a lunch in the cafe, pasta with bacon clearly re hested in microwave ownen, they should be ashamed to calll it Ittalian food, pssta was both raw an too cooked. Urghh

Det finns massa restauranger i närheten. Restaurangen på hotellet var kaos. 10 eur för en smaklös fryspizza så på hotellet ska man endast ta dricka men inte äta middag. Frukosten liknade med en eftermiddagsfika än frukost.

The hotel was right at the port where all the major cruise ships dock…the rooms were very spacious and an added plus was that whatever drinks were in the refrigerator was free, not too many hotels do that! Breakfast was also included. We thought it was very walkable to get where we wanted to go from hotel… had a great stay and will stay there again.

Está justo frente a los ferrys para capri y está súper bien ubicado puedes ir caminando al Castelo nuovo, Galleria umberto, Piazza plebescito etc lo recomiendo mucho el desayuno es muy básico pero cumple el cometido
