Wonderful clean rooms, great dinner and breakfast Buffett! We all enjoyed a relaxing evening at the Yunessun

Ten of us checked in in the five rooms, sadly one of the rooms were not properly cleaned, we found some dirt on the carpet, but we did understand the incident should be caused by the previous guests, and the hotel was nice enough to change to a bigger room for us. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful, and the hotel was quite newly refurbished, just unlike other old-fashioned onsen hotel, the entertainment in this hotel was quite limited. The entire family gave very high compliments to the food quality! Both dinner and breakfast were awesome! Overall this is a hotel for relax and a break from city life.

夕食は期待していた。
が、この建物、施設、ホスピタリティの割には、
期待外れだった。
料理の中身のグレードが一つ違う（悪い意味で）感じ…。
「飲み放題」のせいで、料理の質が落ちている？ 印象。
自分は飲み放題は期待していない。
が、日本酒は今時「安い二級酒」の印象。飲んで損した。
生ビールは普通。
他は飲んでない。
酒は別料金で、料理の質を見合ったものにしてもらえるといいのかと思う。
対して
朝食はグレードに見合った良いもので、満足した。

今回、チェックインの1時間半前に到着し、入口にて『チェックインの時間までどのようにお過ごしになりますか？？」とスタッフに聞かれたが、こちらとしてはどのような過ごし方があるか分からないと思ったのが一点。その後、ロビーで時間まで待っている間にホームページで見かけたら子供が遊べる場所にチェックイン前に聞いたら行けることを知った。これに関してはチェックイン後では無いと使用出来ないと思っていたので、入口でスタッフの方から「いかがですか？？」などのように勧めてくれると良かったと思う。『子供感激のホテル』の割にはその辺の配慮に欠けていると感じた。
