溫泉設施太棒了！完全不被打擾的溫泉之旅

入住了兩次這家酒店，不是因為喜歡而是旺季也容易預訂，員工一如既往的細心聆聽粗心辦事，check in時問完的問題，入房間後又會敲門進來重複問一次，打擾了休息，叫房間用餐時點了2杯綠茶，遞來2個茶包說要我們自己沖….第一次住房間清潔很好，這次住好幾處地板有頭髮，清潔怠慢了，但是，餐廳的員工服務還是挺好的，每個菜色都介紹得很詳細細心，

All the staff members are incredibly friendly. Although some of them had limited English skills, they made every effort to communicate effectively with us. Everyone was so helpful and welcoming, and I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to all of them. The building is very new, and the view was stunning—especially with the tall green trees, which added to the cool and tranquil atmosphere. I would definitely love to return and stay at this hotel again.

酒店房間很漂亮乾淨，住了幾天很舒適，但可惜了…員工非常粗心大意，住了3晚，每晚都能出錯一次，不是大清早按門鈴送錯東西，就是收拾房間把客人東西收掉…..投訴也沒用，員工聽不明白英語阿…另外餐廳的食物也一般般，試過很多家5星級溫泉酒店的晚餐，這家的是最一般和給的食物比較廉價的，另外房間洗澡水壓真的很小…除了這幾個問題，酒店房間是真的很乾淨舒服的

The service, environment, and food are really pre-eminent. Many staff can speak English that easily to communicate with foreigner.

Spacious room and deck with relaxing open air bath. Relaxing lounge with open bar. Private onsens were amazing. Excellent food. Helpful staff for every need. Shuttle driver even ran back for an umbrella for me, knowing I was going into town while it was raining.

This hotel was just magical. The room was plenty spacious to accommodate our family of 4 (with two teenagers) and the included dinner and breakfast in the separate restaurant (with private rooms) were delicious. We felt very spoiled! We loved the public baths and did not opt to go to the private bath rooms as we basically had the entire public bath area to ourselves. The funicular that took us down to the public baths was such a fun surprise. And after dinner, they set up a bar and snacks/dessert in the lobby.

送迎からエントランス、チェックインからロビーやお部屋のデザインクオリティ、湯坂山の眺め、部屋付き露天風呂から、貸切風呂、大浴場、お食事、そしてお部屋にはビールやペリエにジュースもオールインクルーシブ。お値段以上の価値を全てにおいて感じました。スパも上質で大満足です。春の桜も咲き進む季節で身も心も満たされました。予約困難が続くとは思いますが、再訪したいと思います。

今回、母の卒寿のお祝いに宿泊しました。 夕食時にお花のプレゼントをいただき母は大変喜んでいました。タブレットで写メを撮っていただきチェックアウトに写真のプレゼントをしてくださいました。スタッフの方々は皆さん気持ちの良い細やかな対応サービスをしてくださいました。 お部屋はとても広くコスメなど良い物がセットされていました。お部屋に用意してくださったたくさんのお菓子やドリンク類に浴衣？羽織、巾着袋、籠草履、パジャマ、バスローブ調度品は至れり尽くせりでした。

The room was spectacular! And the setting was so serene (the lobby, restaurant, and onsen were all immaculate). The dining experiences (both breakfast and dinner) were also very special - definitely a once-in-a-lifetime experience with many new foods to try and impeccable service. My only (small) notes: there is no fitness center and no nearby running/walking/hiking (the property is located off a busy highway with no sidewalks), so if you are an active person, be prepared to do a lot of sitting around! We asked for trail recommendations but were told they didn't exist. We also found that the hotel staff, while very accommodating, were NOT knowledgeable about nearby activities, dining, etc. We really had to fend for ourselves in that regard. Perhaps it was the language barrier, but seemingly simple requests (like laundry service, or calling a taxi), they were not able to help us with. Also, note that the dining is private in individual dining rooms, but it is not IN your hotel room, if that's what you're looking for. All in all, I'd say this is an amazing retreat for 1 or 2 nights if you really just want to unplug and lay around in a beautiful space!

A great hotel but had an issue with ordering wine at the restaurant. On the mobile app menu we ordered a French Chardonnay and it turned out to be 2007, way too old. It was oxidized and we told the waiter who referred us to the sommelier who agreed. We ordered a replacement but when we checked out they charged us for the wine we did not drink. That’s not acceptable and they should not be selling this vintage of white wine, way too old.

Everything! The staff were attentive, the room was immaculate and the food was sensational.

ホテルの雰囲気、部屋のデザインは素晴らしかったです。部屋から見える景色も楽しむことができました。 ホテルのスタッフの方も感じが良いです。 でも、残念なことがふたつあります。ひとつは、アメニティが備えられてないことです。部屋にあったのは、袋に入っていないコットンと綿棒だけ（大丈夫かな？）。ヘアブラシもシャワーキャップもヘアゴムも髭剃りもなし。髪の毛が濡れても櫛でとかすことができないので温泉に入るのをあきらめました。SDGsの取り組みだということですが、予約の時に言って欲しかったな。 もう一つは、小皿料理の一つが、二人分一つのお皿に出てきたことです。同じテーブルを囲んでいるとはいえ、他人と小さいお皿をつつき合って食べるのはなかなかむずかしい。相手の方に気を遣って少しだけ箸をつけたものの、相手の方もちょっと戸惑っているようでした。 残念でした。

貸切露天風呂を初め、温泉を堪能させていただきました また、キャリーケースの件で，大変ありがたいサービスをしていただき、ありがとうございます。誕生日の花，写真も嬉しかったです また，ぜひ伺いたいと思います
