Great staff. Excellent location.

Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price The location of this hotel is right next to a rail track, and the windows are not soundproof at all—making it nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep. The room felt neglected: dusty surfaces, old and worn-out bath towels, and no face towels provided. Overall, the experience was far below expectations, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Loved the floor to ceiling windows that looked out to the city

Barely has any services at front desk. No money exchange, no lobby, no lounge. Just a small counter for check-in and check-out. Noise at night, lack of soundproof windows, and there is no separate washroom. Washroom right next to bed.

Great location but expensive

Great experience and very pleasant stay. Loved this hotel and would stay again!

Nice hotel but a little far walk from shibuya station. Especially with luggage! Check in was a little confusing as you need to use a tablet and I needed some help. Very small bathroom!

Nice place, Staff, and location

Everything was in walking distance. Near Shibuya crossing and a train station. The pillows were a bit rough but was great to sleep in.

It was walking distance to lots of shops and the station. Lots of places to eat and and so many shops to buy whatever you want. You are spoilt for choice. It would have been nice if the room could have been cleaned every day rather than every other day. Rooms felt slightly cramped but served its purpose. The floors seems a little bit dirty but sandals were given which really helped and the pyjamas provided were so comfortable.

Heard other reviews indicate that it is noisy as the train tracks are right beside the building. However I did not find it too noisy as I was on a higher floor facing the park. Any hotel near a bustling area and transport hub will have its noises. If you cannot sleep with bustling urban noise, trains running on tracks, noise from people on the park below, motorcycle/sports car engines, emergency services sirens, then this may not be a stay for you. Overall, this hotel is great in every aspect if you are used to urban city noises.

Hotel was amazing! Perfect central location close to subway, dining, parks, shopping. 3 adults fit well in room with 3 separate beds that were very comfortable. We are minimalists and don’t need a lot of space and expected a smaller city hotel room - the room was perfect size and met all our needs and included a beautiful view of the city out large windows. We appreciated the bottled water provided in room every 2 days and the small fridge. The 2pm regular checkout time was very helpful. It was the perfect hotel for our Tokyo trip, we will definitely rebook for future trips and recommend to others. We wanted to be close to the center of Shibuya where hotel is located, and we are used to city noises which didn’t bother us. Those sensitive to sounds might find the subway below hotel and city noise disruptive.

You can’t beat this location. We enjoyed the night view of Shibuya overlooking the park. Left a small treat 🍰for whomever cleans our room - hope they enjoy it! We didn’t take advantage of the cleaning over the three days but they did give us some new towels on the second day. I would return. Areas could be a cleaner though - would have taken them up on the 2 day cleaning if conditions were a bit better to start with.

I stayed at this property for the location. There are a million things to do right at your doorstep. The area is hip and happening with specialty shops and a cool atmosphere. The hotel consists of several places to eat and drink and the area has unlimited options. The rooms aren’t large but the huge bedroom windows give the illusion of more space which is welcomed. The staff was extraordinary and always were helpful and pleasant. Two things I’d recommend but not by any means deal breakers. Reserving reservations to eat using the hotel website were next to impossible. I found third party sites considerably easier for booking reservations there. Also, I stayed for a couple of weeks and I could not find anywhere that there was a laundry. To my surprise there was and it consisted of 2 coin operated machines. Overall this is an excellent place to stay and I highly recommend.

The park and mall attached was very nice and convenient. Subway and all the action was not far

We had a wonderful experience. The cultural experience at Miyashita hotel left us with many stories and great memories. The hotel facilities and room services are exceptional. The staff are also accommodating and friendly. Thank you!
