The hotel felt authentic to Japanese culture. Staff was polite. Walking distance from Shibuya station and other great eateries.

Excellent location when staying in Shibuya. Amazing views from the rooms. The lobby, coffee shop, access to Miyashita park were wonderful. The rooftop is nice to get a view but the service and staff at the restaurant/bar on the roof could be imrpoved. They were a little lost and clueless when it came to interacting with guests.

Everything was in walking distance. Near Shibuya crossing and a train station. The pillows were a bit rough but was great to sleep in.
