A very stylish hotel with service. It located in the city center, just 10mins walk to central station and easy to get to some attractions.

燈光不足，感覺不舒服

酒店由住宅改建，所以樓層的分佈有點奇怪，大堂的佈置是華麗的，亦富中國風。 我住得是有閣樓的房間，一入房間就感覺空空如也，房間一旁是櫥櫃，放置了熱水壺及少量即沖咖啡，靠窗放了一張枱和兩張櫈，然後就是洗手間。洗手間是今次住宿最可怕的體驗。企缸的設計，除非你靠近最入的牆角沖涼，否則一定會啲沖涼水一地都係，但洗手間冇去位，變相要等佢乾。有一晚我已經好小心沖涼，點知都一地水，然後我發現原來係佢個座廁漏水，最後因為第二日退房，我都冇同酒店反映了。 而瞓覺嘅地方喺閣樓，有電視機喺床尾，整體正常冇特別。

We loved are stay at Mai! The staff was very courteous and helpful. The hotel ambient was hommy yet professional and elevated. Special thanks to the Argentinean lady at the front desk.

The hotel is a bid oddly configured involving two adjacent buildings. This meant I had to go up one floor, walk down a long hall and then find the next elevator up to my one of the 6 rooms on that second floor. I got confused first few times. The hotel is also very hard to find, even with your phone and walking directions. The location is great and the rooms are relatively bigger and newly done, so, once you are there, it’s great. The lobby is nicely decorated and a good spot to wait out the rain. All the staff I interacted with with great- open, honest, helpful. I don’t choose to get breakfast cause I’m a vegetarian, but I looked in on the room, food and vibe and it looked great.

Amazing location, room was so comfortable and the staff were very helpful throughout my stay. Can't recommend Hotel Mai enough. Next time I'm in town I will stay here again!

Sehr nah zum Bahnhof, super zentral, nur zu empfehlen!

The room was perfectly laid out for the 3 of us. My son had his own little space and there was lots of room for our luggage. We arrived early in the day and were very jet lagged and they were able to get us checked in early to our room which was a huge bonus. Hotel is located in perfect area for restaurants and exploration. Will definitely stay here again!

The staff is nice and room is clean. But there is no free bottle of water. They prefer us to drink water from tap or pay.

We visited the Mai for our wedding anniversary and had a fantastic time! The staff were incredible and always greeted us with a smile. Our room was always spotless. Given the location, i was worried there could be too much noise but i was so wrong - best nights sleep we'd had in years! 100% recommend and would definitely go back!

Near the central station, 8 minutes walk. In minutes walking you find plenty food and shopping options.
