Excellent location; clean around the hotel and in the rooms; lovely decor in the rooms and hotel; mattress is firm and comfortable; bathroom and shower facilities are clean and well maintained; rooms are spacious and modern. Would stay here when I return to Amsterdam.

Very comfortable bed. The Nescafé maker was a great way to start the day. We highly recommend the breakfast. Only minutes from Amsterdam Centraal station. Nice canal view. Great staff

Great location, close to both the station but also ideally situated for exploring Amsterdam. Hotel was clean and tidy, everything we needed for a short break away without children. Staff were friendly and hotel had a lovely outlook onto one of the canals which was fab to wake up to. Would recommend and would go back again.

Was a great stay, hotel was lovely.
Only minor issue we had was the toilet flush cover slipped so the smaller flush wouldn’t work.
Location was amazing since it was so close to the red light district & the main shopping area but was still a very quiet street right next to the canal.

The room lacked appropriate furnishings. No chair or anywhere to sit, just a stool without any side table to enjoy a coffee. Didn’t enjoy the room much at all.

My stay was very pleasant. The staff was very friendly and professional. They were able to accommodate me for extra nights as I decided to stay longer. Rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable, they also have really good pillows. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone, price was reasonable and location was perfect.

We stayed one night and unfortunately, the guest in the room above us was very loud. Playing music, talking and walking around. We selected this hotel for several reasons, one of which is that they advertised soundproof rooms. These rooms are not at all soundproofed. I do feel the staff did their best to manage the situation, but it was a problem in the early evening and then again in the middle of the night - around 3 o’clock in the morning.
For this reason, I would not stay at this hotel again.
