호텔 마이 암스테르담

괜찮았어요

Very good location and helpful staffs. I feel that the rooms are a bit dim.

역에서 가깝고 캐리어 끌고 오기 편한 평평한 길에 있어요. 호텔도 깨끗하고 암스테르담에서 가성비 좋은 호텔입니다. 다만, 층간 소음이 심해서 윗층 사람이 걷는 소리가 다 들려요. 그리고 하우스 키핑 시간이 오후 4시 이후로 너무 늦어서 수건만 교체 받았어요. (방이 어둡다는 후기를 봤는데, 전등 스위치를 위쪽으로 꾸욱 누르면 점점 밝아져요!)

센트럴 중앙역에서 멀지 않고 평지여서 캐리어를 끌고 걸어오기도 편한 장소에 있습니다 로비 서비스가 매우 친절하며 무료 출력도 해주어서 아주 편리했습니다. 건물이 새로 인테리어를 해서 깨끗하고 엘리베이터도 두대여서 손님들간 서로 마주칠 일 없었습니다. 커피 포트 외에 커피머신과 캡슐커피도 무료로 제공하여 운하를 보면 커피한잔 했습니다.

여행하실 한국분들을 위해! 방은 전체적으로 깨끗합니다. 직원들은 엄청 친절합니다! 다른 방은 모르겠지만, 냉장고가 없습니다. 칫솔치약은 달라고하면 줍니다. 암스테르담 센트럴 역이랑 아주 가깝습니다. 하지만 유명한 관광지( 황궁, 뮤지엄 등) 이랑은 거리가 좀 있어서 많이 걸을수 있습니다.

Room was amazing for a great price! conveniently located near the central train station.

Great location. Clean comfortable room. I wish they had avoided the disappointment of not being able to shower with an honest conversation at check in that the hotel had no hot water. It wasn’t that the issue was not solve able but we had traveled all day wanted a nice room a hot shower before going out to dinner. Unfortunately we had no shower and dinner in stinky travel clothes. Eventually they called to tell us it had been repaired but it was Luke warm at very best. Just be honest with people at check in. Overt the whole situation with not being sneaky.

Hotel em ótima localização muito confortável

Unfortunately, my experience at Hotel Mai was disappointing, beginning with check-in. Upon arriving early, the front desk staff member we encountered was rude from the beginning, before even asking our name, we were told check-in was at 3pm. We fully understood and had no issue waiting, but when we asked how we would be notified if a room became available earlier, we were simply told to keep coming back. She said we could not call or email, and would have to keep physically coming back every hour to check if something became available. Each time we returned to the desk, we were not acknowledged despite the staff member chatting with coworkers. No greeting, no eye contact, no updates. Only after we sat quietly in the lobby for some time did a room become available, again without any apology or explanation. During our stay, service remained inconsistent. When we requested our room to be cleaned, very little appeared to be done beyond making the bed. Trash was not emptied, toilet paper was not refilled, and the shower soap was completely empty. We had to ask twice for these basic items to be addressed. We also mentioned our experience with the front desk staff member to other employees, who responded that they knew exactly who we were referring to and that she “has good days and bad days.” This response was surprising and concerning, as it suggests the behavior is known and accepted rather than addressed. We loved are stay at Mai! The staff was very courteous and helpful. The hotel ambient was hommy yet professional and elevated. Special thanks to the Argentinean lady at the front desk.
