The staff is very nice and helpful. The hotel make me feel safe, every time go in hotel need to do safety check same as in airport. The place very convenience, just walking distance can walk to Ikea and mall of asia by footbridge so even raining no need worry about get wet.

整體環境尚可, 但HOUSEKEEPING做得一般.清潔完, 沒有把所有東西放回原位, 也沒有補充已用的東西. BREAKFAST的食物選擇少, 味道也一般. COFFEE很不好喝.

Did not use spa. Hotel lobby is in quite a distance from the hotel door. Breakfast buffet is a bit pricey especially for older guest whom cannot consume much.

Had a lovely stay here with my husband for our honeymoon. Was given complimentary upgrade to executive suite. Definetly recommend to stay here when visiting Manila!

good area for running

Everything was excellent. However, had booked room for myself and my 11 year old. Had paid for a breakfast inclusive package and was then told that breakfast doesn’t include kids and one has to pay extra. Never seen any other hotel do this. Wasn’t disclosed properly on the hotels.com website when I booked it as well. That was certainly disappointing

Very nice hotel but the buffet was just average.

The staff are very respectfull even when you see them in hallway they greet you always..I like that it”s near MOA shopping mall..The only thing slight negative is there are not much local TV shows.

The housekeeping responsible for changing the sheets in between guests failed to do their job. For three days, I unknowingly slept with dirty sheets stained with bodily fluids. This is a violation of the Hotel code of 1987. This is not a 5 star hotel that they claim to be.

Great hotel 14 min from the airport and a joined to the Mall of Asia Great stopover hotel en route to anywhere

We booked a bay view room. Unfortunately Manila bay is not a very stunning view. Therefore we would not recommend search for the bay view option. The hotel is very nice and well maintained. Again we booked the room with breakfast and maybe would not book in the future that way. The breakfast had a pretty large selection but we where just not super impressed. Bakery and juices where good, egg option very basic, salad bar is nice, fresh fruits where mostly empty when we arrived and what was there was marginal taste, pancakes / waffles just ok. Local food seemed pretty extensive but I cannot comment since I am not familiar with many of this dishes.

Very pleasant relaxing lobby with a refreshing smell, great friendly staff, great interior design, buffet was very nice and extensive (little too much cooking oil in making omelettes), next to malls and Manila Bay - definitely higher class than other 5 star rated hotels.
