The staff is very nice and helpful. The hotel make me feel safe, every time go in hotel need to do safety check same as in airport. The place very convenience, just walking distance can walk to Ikea and mall of asia by footbridge so even raining no need worry about get wet.

整體環境尚可, 但HOUSEKEEPING做得一般.清潔完, 沒有把所有東西放回原位, 也沒有補充已用的東西. BREAKFAST的食物選擇少, 味道也一般. COFFEE很不好喝.

Die Lüftung im Zimmer funktioniert nicht korrekt. Egal welche Temperatur oder Belüftungsstärke man einstellt, es ist immer viel zu kalt und zu stark. Und offenbar werden in diesem Hotel permanent die Fenster gereinigt, so dass mann die Storen schliessen sollte, falls man keine ungewollten Zaungäste haben möchte. Das Morgenbuffet ist zwar sehr teuer und riesig aber hat uns dennoch vom Angebot her nicht wirklich zugesagt.

Great hotel! Beautiful , clean and comfortable rooms. Super servicey and friendly staff. Good food. Breakfast buffet was tasty. We travel a lot , all over the world, this was a great choice.

The hotel is beautiful. We stayed in several 5 star hotels on this trip and this one was by far the best. The breakfast was great and the service even better. Hotel is new and decorated well. The staff was outstanding. Ian at the front desk was particularly helpful and kind when I had questions.

Booked a city view room it really has no view

Excellent service extended to us by the entire staff. Rooms are well kept … all amenities readily available. One of the best luxury hotel my entire family been too. Already planning our next stay here. They have overwhelming exceeded our expectations… we felt like home away from home.

Great location...plenty of places to walk to and close by to everything in metro manila. Nice room with a great view. Housekeeping people and everyone else treat guests special. One thing they need to do is make sure they're NOT understaffed in the pool area. They only 1 guy working the bar, waitering, running the food. It took 30minutes just to get fries and 10 minutes to get a drink. Even when the pool area is not that busy, for 1 person is too much. I've mentioned this before in several reviews and apparently their management is not listening. The only only minor issues i had was 1) couldn't get money exchange from the front desk until noon and 2) the indoor entrance to the Mason Mall from the hotel didn't open till 11:00am when businesses in the mall were open for bfast already.
