The staff is very nice and helpful. The hotel make me feel safe, every time go in hotel need to do safety check same as in airport. The place very convenience, just walking distance can walk to Ikea and mall of asia by footbridge so even raining no need worry about get wet.

整體環境尚可, 但HOUSEKEEPING做得一般.清潔完, 沒有把所有東西放回原位, 也沒有補充已用的東西. BREAKFAST的食物選擇少, 味道也一般. COFFEE很不好喝.

Great long weekend getaway!

Liked how central the hotel was to the malls and bars. Rooms were really comfortable and clean and pool area was nice to use.

For the most part, we had a 4.5 star experience which would be a five star at a lot of other hotels. We had spent a few days at the Marina Bay Sands prior to staying at the Conrad so the experiences at the two were great but the MBS would be at least a 6 star rating in most categories. What the Conrad has that MBS lacked was a staff that always greeted you, from the front desk staff to the house cleaners. That really makes you feel welcomed and appreciated. The Conrad is also a great looking hotel in its own right. The interior design feels special when moving through the different spaces; lobby to the bar/lounge or through the main hall that takes you to the MOA entrances. Its location along the bayfront also gave us a beautiful view especially at sunset.

They went above and beyond by surprising us with complimentary sweets to celebrate our son’s first time in the Philippines, plus the cutest carabao stuffed toy 🐃such a thoughtful and unforgettable touch! Breakfast was a highlight too, with a wonderful showcase of Filipino dishes that made the experience even more special. And the location? Perfect! The easy access to nearby malls made everything so convenient.

Perfekt hotell. Det är lite opersonligt men det finns verkligen ingenting att klaga på. Servicen är i världsklass. Frukostbuffén bland de bästa vi ätit. Vi bodde där en natt när vi kom till Filippinerna, och sov där en natt till innan vi åkte hem till Sverige, två veckor senare. Den första natten blev vi uppgraderade till svit, vilket kändes helt fantastiskt efter 24 timmars resande. En trevlig detalj var den lilla vattenbuffeln i form av ett gosedjur som man fick i samband med att de bäddade upp på kvällen. Vi anlitade även transferservice vid ett tillfälle. Den var svindyr men var perfekt och så värt det när man anländer mitt i natten till ett främmande land. Vi anlitade också en av hotellets chaufförer för en kortare utflykt på stan en eftermiddag, vilket var så lyckat och prisvärt. Bor gärna här igen.

Vi bodde här två nätter med två veckors mellanrum och stormtrivdes! Personalen är den trevligaste och mest servieinriktade man kan tänka sig. Första natten blev vi uppgraderade och vi hade det fantastiskt.

This is my go to hotel when I go to Manila. Very clean, great staff and close proximity to the airport and connected to the mall.

The employees were very helpful, with a lot of choices at their breakfast buffet. We will go back there again.

We loved this hotel, everything was great, room, food, location, staff. We really liked the mall which belonged to this hotel, many stores, nice restaurants and much more!!! Can only recommend!!

Buffet is nice but not for that amount of money. Two guest 5,800 peso is too expensive. That’s $100 American dollars and nothing there was that special. Breakfast was 3,600 peso for two cheaper but still expensive. There not serving steaks and lobster. Food is mostly room temperature unless you’re order an omelet. There is a lot to pick from but be real. You can’t eat 50 different things. It’s could be a little more realistic and half the price then it would be sensible.

We get the city view we end up getting, the ikea store view! Very disappointing!!
