The staff is very nice and helpful. The hotel make me feel safe, every time go in hotel need to do safety check same as in airport. The place very convenience, just walking distance can walk to Ikea and mall of asia by footbridge so even raining no need worry about get wet.

整體環境尚可, 但HOUSEKEEPING做得一般.清潔完, 沒有把所有東西放回原位, 也沒有補充已用的東西. BREAKFAST的食物選擇少, 味道也一般. COFFEE很不好喝.

I had an amazing stay they were so attentive to my every needs my air went out and they got in it immediately… I definitely will be returning worth every penny … top tier staff … Ted and Jessica warmed my heart as a solo traveler

Room was clean and more spacious. The electric driven remote controlled shades are cool and really added a touch of class to the room. Security officer John talked to guests to find out if they need anything to make them find their way around the hotel. Breakfast and a la carte lunch were very good. A bit of disappointment that the coconut was too young to have any meat inside which is the way I want it. View yes the view, though still a construction site, the bay view is a bonus for sunset viewing though not during my stay because typhoon Inday.

Been here with my wife and kid. I liked Conrad overall that I invited my family over and booked another room for them. Been using Conrad that some staff there knew me already. The one in the lobby in 3rd floor, John and Rj from front desk. The food is great, Josh and Eunice made sure we got the complimentary snacks (the bibingka is just so good) and whenever we eat breakfast ~very attentive. I was disappointed with the Balut being undercooked but they really made it up to me and my family. Things happen but with them , just let them know and they will fix it right away!! Just hope the managers will treat the staff nicely. We heard one manager questioned the staff while we can hear and see them. I mean everything is good. Nobody cares or bothered but the manager question the staff at the lobby. If she was doing her job, she could have ask them privately or pull the staff aside. Anyway. Just like my wife said “ Familiar but Professional Service”. They even prepare a surprise cake for us because it’s our 10th monthsary.

Excellent location. Clean.

All the staff were courteous and helpful, and room was clean. However, the hotel room ironing board was not well maintained. There were stains on the board, and cushion on the board was super thin likely due to overuse. For a 5-star luxury hotel, I’d expect better maintenance even for an ironing board. Also, upon check-in, I found that the body lotion was not refilled when the body lotion bottle was empty. It was refilled only upon request. Nonetheless, overall was still a pleasant stay despite these hiccups.

An excellent hotel. No complaints overall. The nearby fair does get noisy at night until about midnight from our room. But I’m sure not all rooms have that issue. Being near the Mall of Asia and the connected smaller mall gave lots of dining options. The staff were attentive though there were a lot of them all the time. The daily snacks offered were good. We will definitely consider staying again.

The room was clean and the housekeeper assigned is courteous and replenished the bottled water everyday. The service staffs are nice and helpful, providing requested service on a given time. My nephews enjoyed the entire stay.

Executive lounge staff were excellent . Manager Yung on night duty was professional and made sure that guests had a perfect experience . Gideon and Paul (gym manager) were excellent, they showed us the sauna and other amenities. Paul saw I was walking barefoot and he hurriedly provided slippers around the pool area. Hoping to be back soon !

This booking was for my parents as they celebrated their 39th wedding anniversary and my mom’s 60th birthday. My stay at Conrad in January 2026 was exceptional, which is why I chose it as my gift to my OGs. I wanted them to experience the same outstanding hospitality, comfort, and service that made my own stay so memorable. Thankfully, they had a wonderful time and truly enjoyed their celebration.

Normally I do not bother with these surveys but in Conrad's case I will. This place is expensive to stay at, but worth the extra dollars when factoring in the way the staff and property go the extra mile to make you feel like you are truly a king and queen staying at your very own castle. There is not a single area I would complain about. Our stay in one of the executive rooms was flawless and wonderful experience.
