조식이 맛있었고 침구류도 편한했어요 SM MALL OF ASIA ARENA 에서도 가깝고 인터넷도 잘 되고 뷰가 미쳤어요

시설이 깨끗하고 서비스가 좋았습니다.

룸컨디션, 뷰, 위치 그리고 직원분들 서비스까지 모든게 완벽했던 여행이였습니다.

넓고 깨끗한 객실, 훌륭한 뷰, 맛있는 식사, 모든 것이 좋았습니다. 직원들의 서비스도 고마웠습니다. 간소하지만 갖출 것은 모두 갖춘 피트니스 시설, 안락한 수영장도 역시 좋은 점수를 줄만 합니다. SM 몰과 연결되어 있어 날씨와 상관없이 쇼핑하고 즐기기에도 좋고요. 좋은 경험이었습니다.

We stayed at the Conrad for two stays about a month apart. I travel quite a bit work wise but these stays were vacation. Every part of the Conrad experience was spot on. I couldn't have found a better place to stay. Everything functioned perfectly and the service on all levels was impeccable. If there was anything to expand on especially, it would be the staff. Very service minded, always ready to help, competent and we always felt appreciated, with all staff always smiling naturally and seeming to genuinely be happy to see you. Conrad is no longer one of my preferred hotels in that area. It is my only choice going forward.

Beautiful hotel, very friendly staff. So convenient to be connected to the biggest mall in the Philippines.

Excellent

The hotel is connected to SM Mall of Asia. It is very accessible. The food and staff were great. They surprised us with a birthday cake during our stay. Concierge staff went above and beyond in helping us get to the airport.

I arrived early and I was told I can check in early as a courtesy I was glad. But then when I went to the room first thing I do is open the blinds because I need natural light as always when I checked in a hotel when I travel. I don’t want to feel boxed in without natural light. The blinds don’t work. I called for assistance and they told me they will send a technician. Technician came blinds don’t work. I got a text message saying that let the hotel know when I leave so technician can fix the blinds. Knowing me and this never happened to me. I never let anyone come to my room when I’m not there to do maintainance. So I went to the front desk. I told the front desk to transfer to another room because in my mind I Can’t be in a room and feel anxiety of being boxed in without natural light. I don’t care about the view because I’m only there for a day. The front desk let me feel that since I checked in early so I can just say in that room. Hell no! She said there’s no room available so I said I can stay in that room but come 3:00 they can transfer me. Then she said she will talk to the supervisor. After a minute what a miracle there’s a room available. With a view that I don’t care about. That lady made me feel like I just need an upgrade when I just need a functional room to me to be comfortable. I came back to condrad because I had a great experience the first time. This time it was okay.

This is a lovely, high end hotel. Top dollar, but fabulous in all respects. Staff at every door and elevator to help was unnecessary but shows the mindset of management. Convenient if interested in the Mall of Asia, Great food. Measures up to any standard.

Too much walking from the elevator to the room.. some of the frontlines were not so accommodating…

Housekeeping service is very responsive and clean room

Everything was excellent. They ran out of mango during breakfast buffet and within minutes I got fresh mangoes. Not sure where they got it but the manager and staff were awesome!!!
