1.兒童遊戲室看起來很不錯，但因為只能玩30分鐘(住一天跟兩天都一樣)， 然後就要加錢，所以一個小孩都沒有，有沒有這麼吝嗇

酒店是小朋友自己選的，看中的是它的充氣水上樂園。酒店整體親子設備完善，小朋友很開心。水上樂園浴巾有點髒，房間一般，可接受。第一晚分配到的房間離雞舍很近，雞一直叫很吵。第二天酒店幫忙換了房間，好多了。酒店客人很多，本來我們希望酒店幫忙接機，但遲遲得不到回覆。比較難叫Grab，外賣也需要出去拿，有點不方便，不過也許這也保障客人安全吧。整體0-10分，我給7分。

Dåligt att frukost endast ingår för vuxna, vi fick betala extra för att våra barn på 12 och 14 skulle få äta frukost.
Hotellet känns lite slitet och flera av poolerna var avstängda.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. What truly stood out was the excellent customer service. Every staff member was professional, friendly, and clearly dedicated to their role. From the front desk to housekeeping and the restaurant team, everyone made me feel welcomed and well taken care of.
The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The room was organized, relaxing, and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. It’s clear that the hotel puts effort into ensuring guests are comfortable.
The food was also a highlight of my stay. Meals were fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavor. There was a good variety, and everything I tried was satisfying.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service, comfortable accommodations, and great food. The staff truly make the experience special, and I would definitely stay here again.

Fun and enjoyable experience especially if you’re traveling with family or friends.
The best part of the resort is definitely the pools. There are so many of them, plus slides and waterpark areas, so there’s always something to do. It’s really great for kids, but even adults can enjoy just hanging out and relaxing.
The staff were generally friendly and approachable, and we appreciated how welcoming they were.
The room was spacious enough, though, it could use a little bit more cleaning. Some parts of the resort could use a little maintenance, but nothing that completely ruined the stay.
Main downside: service can be a bit slow which was surprising considering they weren’t busy (our drinks came out after 30 mins of placing our order and waited over an hour for our food to come out), alot of the restaurant employees were just chatting and on their phones.
Overall, Solea is a good choice if you’re looking for a fun, budget-friendly resort with lots of activities. Just don’t expect a super luxurious or fast service resort.

The hotel is fine. It is missing the finishing touches in every element to the rooms, dining, pools and activities. The staff are very helpful but unable to make a decision without higher up approval. Kids had heaps of fun in the water park area. Mould in the room so after many discussions, finally changed us to another room. Seemed to be a known issue with the rooms.

On the 2nd night of a 6 night stay we had to move rooms due to a leak after a long days excursion. All in all they had to come to the room 3 times in 6 days to fix issues (all leaks). Food was average and you could get much better for the same price elsewhere. You only get one day of the water park free with the 6 day stay at the resort. All and all I would not go back.

I booked a premier city view but I was given a building view. When I called the front desk, I was told that that’s the only room available, and their city view is residential view. The bathroom is a complete disaster! The tub is extremely high and it’s only halfway covered, so water is all over the floor. Just have to be extra cautious when stepping out the tub. You can only plug in the iron where the coffee maker at, which doesn’t makes sense coz there’s no table to iron the clothes.
