I booked this property for an overnight “staycation” with my nephew and his family; we had 3 small children with us; I booked three premier rooms that were well appointed, with our room facing the ocean; the property delivered five-star quality service and ticked all the boxes for a five-star resort-hotel on the island of Mactan; aqua park was a big plus for the kids and the rooftop bar a bonus for the adults; we had a ball swimming, kayaking, dining and drinking cocktails; I highly recommend Solea Resorts considering that accommodation cost is affordable and will not break the bank!

Pros: Great and friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet. Our room is cleaned well. There is an in-house guest shuttle service going to and from Pueblo Verde Outlets and SM Seaside. Cons: Check-in process takes awhile but the check out is easy. Some areas like outdoor’s big round table needs repair. You can see the wrinkling of the wood from being wet.

We stayed here during a Typhoon. The place is sturdy and built like a fort. I attempted to go out to my car one night and steped out that door and almost blew away. inside it was quiet no wind sound no rain sound very quiet and calm atmosphere.

Toilet near pool facilities very bad - all toilet doors lock not working, toilet flushing not working, tap no running water and floor very dirty. Man’s urinal in the open and smells. Breakfast Food and service is poor. Will reconsider Expedia recommendation if Expedia fails to provide accurate rating for our consideration.

The Palm building was flooded (from top water flowing thru the walls and down the stairs) during the storm. Our room had mold. Requested to be moved but the supervisor on duty refused and lied about the conditions of the other buildings and other rooms. The day after the storm was chaotic but management did their best to move us to the main building with functioning light and elevators. Despite being under staffed, the service remained friendly and courteous.

Overall it was okay. Pool areas nice, even some under reconstruction. But that was mentioned on Homepage. Staff friendly as usual. However, mid-Management needs to gear up. Plenty of small issues all ocer, which should not occur in a Hotel as this. It would be easy to fix - teach personnel is fine, bonding of staff event is fine, but when you twach = you have to supervise and control! But overall a good relaxing stay.

We had a great stay at Solea! The room was spacious and comfortable, and we especially loved the beautiful view. The food was also really good, which made our experience even more enjoyable. However, the only downside was that the morning after our first night, we noticed a lot of water dripping from the air conditioner, so much that it became quite inconvenient. Hopefully this can be fixed soon, as everything else about our stay was wonderful.

値段を考えると総合的には良かったです。小さな子供がいる家族向けです。細かい点を挙げていくと他に良いホテルはあるかもしれません。 今回はBai hotel, Shangri-Laの後に滞在しました。プールが大好きな息子を朝から夜まで遊ばせる、クーポンに含まれるアクティビティを楽しむ、という点では1番良いホテルでした。スタッフは丁寧というよりかはフレンドリーなイメージでしたが、英語が話せれば問題ないでしょう。 また、他の方の口コミで「朝食は混んでいて並ぶ」「シャワーのお湯が出ない」「バスタブがない」とあったので覚悟をしていったのですが、全部大丈夫でした。 その為、期待していた以上に印象が良かったです。

The amenities were so nice and the pool was so huge kids can really enjoy it! Their food buffet was also really good! Room a bit pricey they charge additional for my 4th kid coz he is 15. Excellent staff so helpful! The only cons is that the room was not properly clean, the hair dryer is not working at all and the AC is leaking water to the floor.

Having many pools for the kids were awesome. Our room toilet bidet gun had no holster, so it hung on the floor inconveniently. The concierge desk got me a taxi that did not use a meter and overcharged me for a ride to the airport. I had to contact MCIAA to complain.

I happened to have poor timing of a super typhoon but they did an excellent job of taking care of us! Free breakfast morning after storm and food was always good! Staff is great!

Pros: Great and friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet. Our room is cleaned well. There is an in-house guest shuttle service going to and from Pueblo Verde Outlets and SM Seaside. Cons: Check-in process takes awhile but the check out is easy. Some areas like outdoor’s big round table needs repair. You can see the wrinkling of the wood from being wet.

We stayed here during a Typhoon. The place is sturdy and built like a fort. I attempted to go out to my car one night and steped out that door and almost blew away. inside it was quiet no wind sound no rain sound very quiet and calm atmosphere.

The Palm building was flooded (from top water flowing thru the walls and down the stairs) during the storm. Our room had mold. Requested to be moved but the supervisor on duty refused and lied about the conditions of the other buildings and other rooms. The day after the storm was chaotic but management did their best to move us to the main building with functioning light and elevators. Despite being under staffed, the service remained friendly and courteous.

Overall it was okay. Pool areas nice, even some under reconstruction. But that was mentioned on Homepage. Staff friendly as usual. However, mid-Management needs to gear up. Plenty of small issues all ocer, which should not occur in a Hotel as this. It would be easy to fix - teach personnel is fine, bonding of staff event is fine, but when you twach = you have to supervise and control! But overall a good relaxing stay.

We had a great stay at Solea! The room was spacious and comfortable, and we especially loved the beautiful view. The food was also really good, which made our experience even more enjoyable. However, the only downside was that the morning after our first night, we noticed a lot of water dripping from the air conditioner, so much that it became quite inconvenient. Hopefully this can be fixed soon, as everything else about our stay was wonderful.

値段を考えると総合的には良かったです。小さな子供がいる家族向けです。細かい点を挙げていくと他に良いホテルはあるかもしれません。 今回はBai hotel, Shangri-Laの後に滞在しました。プールが大好きな息子を朝から夜まで遊ばせる、クーポンに含まれるアクティビティを楽しむ、という点では1番良いホテルでした。スタッフは丁寧というよりかはフレンドリーなイメージでしたが、英語が話せれば問題ないでしょう。 また、他の方の口コミで「朝食は混んでいて並ぶ」「シャワーのお湯が出ない」「バスタブがない」とあったので覚悟をしていったのですが、全部大丈夫でした。 その為、期待していた以上に印象が良かったです。

The amenities were so nice and the pool was so huge kids can really enjoy it! Their food buffet was also really good! Room a bit pricey they charge additional for my 4th kid coz he is 15. Excellent staff so helpful! The only cons is that the room was not properly clean, the hair dryer is not working at all and the AC is leaking water to the floor.

Having many pools for the kids were awesome. Our room toilet bidet gun had no holster, so it hung on the floor inconveniently. The concierge desk got me a taxi that did not use a meter and overcharged me for a ride to the airport. I had to contact MCIAA to complain.
