Checkout um pouco complicado. Foi-nos oferecido no dia anterior o late check-out mas no dia da saída até a arrumadeira queria que desocupássemos o quarto o mais rápido possível.
As obras na parte externa nos tirou a privacidade de mantermos as cortinas abertas. Frequentemente tinha operários em nossa janela. Uma situação um tanto desconfortável.

It is very close to the station and Royal Mile. Not easy to access the hotel from the Waverley station. Need to navigate uphill via Cockburn Street with your luggage or you access North Bridge from Prince Stree. The building is very vintage but the interior is newly renovated. We stay in an executive room with lounge access. Nice lounge with different drinks and snacks. The room is spacious but the only shower is available but you've got all you needed in the room.

Room was very dated with the headboard peeling. Paint was peeling off the bathroom door and water wet the entire floor after every shower. Staff wasn’t very attentive. The location was very convenient, which is a plus.

Great friendly welcome, staff polite and professional. Clean large room. Quiet aircon that worked. Comfy bed. Nice breakfast. Disappointed there were no large rolled oats (in Scotland where they grow them) for non wheat eaters

Fabulous hotel. Amazing location and we were lucky that our room looked out over the Royal Mile! Incredibly comfy beds, helpful staff and amazing breakfast. Only minus points would be that the headboards were a bit worn and there was no hairdryer.
