The location of this hotel was perfect! Right on the Royal Mile and convenient for walking to wonderful restaurants and shops. The staff were so welcoming and helpful and patient. The rooms were beautiful and had fantastic views, staff cleaned regularly and perfectly. This is my favorite hotel to stay in and I will be going back!

Absolutely one of the best hotel stays I e been to! Beautiful room and hotel, clean, friendly, helpful, and efficient staff. Food was delicious and the location was perfect!

the property was under construction, if someone had told me I would have booked somewhere else for my trip. Disappointed we were no told ahead of time. Something that Hilton should consider in the future

Good location and good breakfast. However, hotel outside and lobby area are under construction. Elevators were busy and the key system was not working. Overall not the Hilton experience we were hoping for. They should mention the construction so guests can decide if they wish to book.

This Hilton was great. Although nowhere near as pretty as the pictures since it's undergoing renovation but that's alright. Beds were super comfortable and the room was spacious.

Would have been great, if it was not for an overwhelming smell of stale smoke in our hallway which crept into it room. I would have expected better from Hilton.

Gran hotel, excelente ubicación. El hotel estaba en medio de renovaciones, pero no afectaron nuestra estadía. Un elevador, de los 3 disponibles, estaba en reparación lo que en la mañana hacía un poco tardado el bajar. Fuera de eso todo excelente.

Hotel was ok, service was hit and miss. Miss more often than hit to be fair.
Water wasn't replaced in the rooms when it was turned over.
Issue with payment for room service not being detected which resulted in me having to go down to the bar at 10pm to prove I'd paid.
Long queue to get breakfast do to understaffing.
Hotel is in a great location but if your looking for a traditional grand building this isn't it. You'll struggle find an original feature.

Hotel is in the perfect location for sightseeing and shopping. Very close to train station.
Rooms clean and spacious. Breakfast good quality.
Only downside, one lift was out of order and took a while to get one.
