The hotel staff was very friendly. Especially Sergio at the reception desk was helpful with recommendations. We had a maintenance issue and someone was sent right away to solve the problem. Unfortunately we could not enjoy the rooftop because of the heat is was closed but we did enjoy the pool area. A good place to relax! Its situated in a good location in a nice neighborhood, restaurants and shops and metro nearby. Highly recommend this hotel.

Very unique hotel. Every floor is influenced by a different architecture/style. Our room was spacious and very clean. We had two showers in the bathroom! A first for us. Hotel is perfect if you are going to Madrid for a concert at the Metropolitano stadium. It's on the same train line.

En la planta japones ( no se si es lo mismo en todas las plantas) hay que hacer un master universitario para saber manejar las luces, cortinas automaticos y aide acondicionado, he estado en cientos de hoteles y no he visto cosa igual

The building’s architecture is absolutely amazing, and the staff here are great—very welcoming and helpful. However, the rooms themselves fell short. They feel incredibly basic for a hotel of this caliber. There is no coffee or tea maker inside the room, which was a disappointment. Space-wise, the room layout is not ideal. The design makes the room very narrow, leaving very little space for luggage. We only had one suitcase and two backpacks, and it already felt incredibly cramped. Because of the tight space, I would only recommend staying here for a maximum of two nights.

Staff very very helpful with room orientation and shopping/madrid information. Plenty of access to uber and taxi.

For some reason I missed to book breakfast, which I always do. Flabbergasted that they wanted 30€ per person for breakfast which I think is a rather ludicrius price.

Beautiful architecture, the carpet in my room was stained.

It is a very different place. We Were In a Room with Barry Strange spaces, a lot of mirrors and Open spaces. We’re not very comfortable with this kind of design. If you would like much more traditional hotel, I would highly recommend you. Don’t choose this one.

Breakfast, skyline, our room, etc was just wonderful. I would definitely go back.

EL hotel tiene una politica que no justifica las cinco estrellas por ejemplo yo pedi comida al hotel y pedí que fuese entregada en recepción o en algún sitio en la entrada del Hotel, me ha tenido que llamar el repartidor porque no lo dejaban ni acceder a la puerta y al llamar yo mismo a recepción me comentan que es la política del Hotel para que los huéspedes consuman en su restaurant. Esto nunca me lo he encontrado ni en un Hotel de dos estrellas, en mi caso, cuando viajo a Madrid adoro comer comida venezolana y no entiendo por qué tengo que consumir en el Hotel. Además me parece de muy mal gusto que un Vigilante abuse de su poder a un repartidor de comida que solo hace un trabajo. ( fue grosero con el repartidor ) Total, que finalmente me tocó que bajar deprisa, porque el repartidor me llamó, ya que tampoco querían llamar a la habitación para avisar que había llegado una comida. Es lamentable que un Hotel bien ubicado con buenos servicios que empiecen envejecer como es normal, tenga tan pésima atencion y una política que lejos de acercar al huésped, lo aleja yo no volveré más a este Hotel. Es la primera vez que sucede algo así.
