Everything was excellent. We only wish their connected TV worked so we could stream Netflix

Consider your room category as the standard rooms are small but comfortable. Bathrooms are on the older style step-in shower & curtain. My room needed some maintenance plumbing and light bulb replacement. The coffee machine occupy the small desk and no room to work other than moving it into the cupboard with the bar fridge. Some painting maintenance needs to be done to improve the appearance. Breakfast is a basic continental. Location is good and central. With improvements could be rated 4star.

Wonderful Boutique Hotel in the heart of Old Town Zurich. Incredible restaurants and entertainment literally all within 100 M. If you are a light sleeper may be a challenge because the folks of Zurich party deep into the night. We happened to be there for there celebration of spring which brought added excitement and added noise!!! Wonderful experience overall!!

This was my perfect hotel. We arrived early after an overnight flight, and we were provided with a comfortable lounge area. The room was a nice size, clean, and set up well for travelers. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, going above and beyond. The location was excellent for accessing all of Zurich's sights.

Staff were all lovely and happy to help. The beds were very hard, there was no air conditioning (as there is advertised). The rooms were very hot and you couldn’t sleep with the windows open as it was extremely noisy

It’s Local

The location's location is perfect. The arrival staff were fabulous! they provided suggestions for dining, a map with a few suggested sightseeing spots. The breakfast buffet is beautifuuly laid out and had many wonderful choices. If I had to criticize anything, we were surprised that they did not provide a fresh bottle of water the second day, and replace our glasses. But no big deal; we could have asked and just drank tap water. LOVED it !

Great little hotel in the centre of the Old Town right on the square. A little noisy at night on the weekends as people exit bars, but that’s to be expected. There was a lot of street construction going on all over Old Town unfortunately, but it was fine. The private living room type lounge was really nice to have to pop in for a coffee or a drink, and the breakfast room was lovely. Beautiful breakfast each day and the staff was so lovely!

Bait & Switch Their website states Free Airport Shuttle which is a non-negotiable when traveling Internationally for us. Although we validated the free shuttle 3 separate times at the Hotel we were charged 90 Swiss Francs when we reached the airport. We will not be returning and would not recommend this hotel based on their false advertising.

Lots of construction outside - room was hot and stuffy at night but too noisy to open windows. Advertises free shuttle to airport - total bait and switch. We requested free shuttle for four at check in and confirmed day before departure. Van took us to the airport and driver needed 90 Ch - called hotel and they said they don’t provide a shuttle. Would not recommend this hotel other than the location was good. Very disappointed.

Lovely hotel, room needs updating in terms of decor, repairs etc

Very nice property, beautiful room. 10 minute walk from the train station. Staff are excellent, the only room for improvement is the breakfast. Choice is a bit limited, however overall an excellent hotel for exploring Zurich.

Very loud roadworks underway upon arrival (after 11pm). Went to the first room offered and found a hair in the supposedly newly made bed — ick. Went down to reception to ask for a different room — only one room available CLOSER to the ongoing noise. Luckily the noise stopped at around 1230 pm. But couldn’t keep the window open and no way to moderate the temperature. Also Uber cannot come to the hotel to collect guests so you have to haul your bags up a cobblestone hill to find the collection point. All in all a very disappointing stay and I won’t be going back.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great room and bathroom, very clearn. In the middle of Old Town Zurich with lots of shopping and restaurants. Excellent location and hotel. Breakfast was great.

Great hotel, just note that Uber will not go into this hotel, so if you have lots of bags they will need to order transportation which cost us double the price.

Great location, Cute atmosphere Amazing hotel lounge, delicious breakfast Spacious - three people bed room But bathroom tub was old, needs repair - drain stopper was not working properly and tub was old. Shower curtain was old too. Ventilation system was not working properly - we had to open the window.
